(Y/N)'s POV — Asriel's House

"Don't be nervous, (Y/N)." , Asriel said, leading me to the front door.
"Okay." , I said, uncertain.
"I'm here for you. Don't be scared."
I nodded and we started walking towards the door of Asriel's house.
*knock, knock*
Miss Dreemurr answered the door and said, "(Y/N)(L/N)? It's sure been a while my child."
"Miss Dreemurr." , I said, stepping into the house.
"You can call me, Toriel."
"O-okay."
We all sat around at the dining room table.
"So, (Y/N) how's the new school treating you?" , Toriel asked.
"OK. I guess." , I replied.
"I'm her only friend." , Asriel said.
Don't tell her that Asriel! Ugh! Now she's going to think I'm not doing well at my new school.
"It's OK to only have one good friend." , A man goat said, who I assume is Asgore said.
"That's Asgore." , Asriel said to me.
I nodded in response.
"Asgore, this is (Y/N)(L/N), she used to be one of my students." , Toriel said.
"Howdy! Nice to meet you (Y/N)." , Asgore said, with a gentle smile.
"You too." , I said, looking down.
"She's shy." , Asriel said.
I couldn't deny that, I am awfully shy.
"Really? She used to be such the chatter box around me." , Toriel said.
"I wonder why? Mom." , Asriel said, chuckling.
I smiled. Toriel used
to make sure I was passing all my classes with flying colors.
"It's a shame you had to leave."
"Didn't you say she got—" , Asgore started to say, but Toriel kicked him under the table.

(Asriel POV)
They both know something about (Y/N) that I don't.
Probably why she transferred.
(Y/N) slightly laughed.
"Oops, sorry Asgore. My leg was acting up." , Toriel said.
"You kicked me on purpose." , Asgore said.
"Sorry.."
We got finished with dinner, then Toriel asked, "Asriel will you help me with the dishes?"
"Sure." , I replied.
Once we were out of ear range of (Y/N) and Asgore, "OK mom, why did you kick Asgore under the table?!"
"I didn't know if (Y/N) told you why she had to leave the school yet. So that's why I kicked him." , Toriel replied.
"She didn't."

(Y/N)'s POV —Saturday Night

*knock knock*
I opened the door to find Asriel standing there.
"Welcome!" , My Mom said, "(Y/N) has told me so much about you!"
"It's a pleasure to meet you Miss (L/N)." , Asriel said.
"It's an honor to meet one of my daughters friends."
"Dinners almost ready, we're having meatloaf."
I sat down next to Asriel and across from my Mom.
In middle of dinner, my Mom got extremely emotional.
Mom? Are you alright?
"Thanks for being my daughters friend. It's been tough sense..." , Mom trailed off her words.
"Sense she transferred?" , Asriel asked.
"Mhmm. It's always been tough for her."
"MOM. I'm right here. I know that." , I said, taking a bite of meatloaf.

(Asriel POV) — after dinner

(Y/N)'s Mom dragged me into the living room after dinner, "You're a good friend for my daughter. Can you please protect her for me?"
"I'll do everything I can for her, Miss." , I replied.
"It's been tough for her sense she had to leave her last school."
"Why did she—" , I started to say.
"The school expelled her for something she didn't do." , (Y/N)'s Mom explained.
"OMG."
Then we walked back out to the kitchen.
(Y/N) was texting someone so she didn't seem to notice us gone.
"Who are you texting?" (Y/N)'s Mom asked.
"Oo my best friend from the other school." , (Y/N) replied, then putting her phone away.
"We should play Sonoploy
"But Mom, you play a mean game of Sonoploy
"Don't worry, I lose at it too!" , I said.

(Y/N)'s POV — Broad Games

"Mom! You're totally cheating!" , I said, giving her 20 Sonoploy Dollars.
"I'm just playing the game." , Mom said.
"You do play a mean game." , Asriel said, on his next turn having to pay my Mom.
"See I told you! Even with us together we're gonna lose." , I said.
"Don't think like that (Y/N). Maybe we'll have a chance of winning."
I sighed, "Okay."
"Whatcha two planning over there?" , Mom asked.
"Nothing!" , I said, sticking my tongue out.
In the end, Asriel ended up winning.
"Yes!" , Asriel said.
"How did I lose?" , Mom asked.
"Asriel has beginners luck!" , I replied, high fiveing him.
"Your paw is so soft." , I muttered under my breath.
"What was that?" , Asriel asked.
"I said your paw is soft."
"Well thank you."
"Y-y-your welcome."
"I'll see you at school on Monday (Y/N)!"
"See you Azzy." , I said.
"Azzy?" , Asriel asked.
"It's your nickname."
"Oo okay."
Then Asriel walked out the door, shutting the door behind him.
"I like him. He's a good friend to you (Y/N)." , Mom said.
"I know." , I said.
"He would make a good boyfriend."
"MOM!" A hint of embarrassment washed over my face and I ran up the stairs.

(Asriel POV) — Sunday

I decided to check in on (Y/N).
About going back to school tomorrow.
Me: Hey (Y/N)! Ready to go back to school tomorrow?
(Y/N): I gotta be.
(Y/N): My Mom didn't tell you anything about how...?
Me: All she said was you got expelled for something you didn't do.
(Y/N): Ugh Mom! I was gonna tell you at another time.
Me: She didn't say why though.
(Y/N): Good.
Guess I'll wait for her to tell me another time why she got expelled then.
"Asriel, dinner time!" , Toriel said.
"Coming Mom!" , I said.

~I actually googled to see if there was a Sonoploy game. Thankfully there was not~
