"It was all my fault, Lisa is in this mess because of me." Chaeyoung choked as guilt filled her eyes.

She felt awful after she heard that the Taecyeon's Family issued an arrest warrant and sued Lisa at the Provincial Procuratorate.

It felt like a rock had been dropped onto her heart, and she couldn't breathe.

"Don't get agitated yet, I didn't finish talking. Yes, the arrest warrant was issued, but we didn't actually arrest her. Jungkook called my dad and he dealt with it. Don't worry too much about the lawsuit as well. As long as Jungkook's by her side, even God himself won't be able to do anything to Lisa."

"I know what Jungkook's capable of, but Lisa is still in this mess because of me... Everything happened because of me, it had nothing to do with her. I wish I never sent her that WeChat message that night... If she didn't come, then Taecyeon's family would not be hunting her down right now."

Bambam immediately rolled his eyes at Chaeyoung, "What are you talking about? If Lisa didn't go, that trash Taecyeon would have gotten his way with you."

"I'd rather it be like that then have Lisa be in this mess! She's my best friend, and I don't want to hurt her."

"Lisa would never think that way, she doesn't blame you," Bambam comforted her.

"Sir, can you bring over a bottle of Chamisul?" Chaeyoung suddenly stopped a waiter.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Bambam exclaimed with exasperation.

"I'm depressed and want to have a drink."

"But Soju's too much, have some beer instead."

"No, I want Chamisul. You don't have to stay here with me, I can drink alone..."

Chaeyoung declared those domineering words like a man. Although she said that, Bambam was the one who suggested that they eat together.

If he was paying, then he should be the one to drink with her.

In the end, Bambam and Chaeyoung each drank an entire bottle of Chamisul and countless bottles of beer.

When they helped each other out of the restaurant, they were both so drunk that they didn't even know where they were.

"No... drinking and driving... I know the law... I can't break it... Call for a designated driver." Bambam burped as he helped Chaeyoung lean on his car. Then, he dialed a number, "Hey, 911? Find me a designated driver."

- 15 minutes later at the Seoul bureau -

The good thing was it was their bureau's officers who came to pick them up. If it were another bureau, the rumors would not be good for their reputation.

The captain of the criminal police bureau got drunk and called 911 for a designated driver?

Was this not an intentional obstruction of public order?

The officers at the bureau looked at the two drunks before them; they were all speechless, "What are we supposed to do about Captain now?"

"This is the first time I've seen Captain stay up so late to drink with a woman. Does he have a thing for her?" one of the officers asked.
