It's 8 am, and you're currently in the kitchen, making Jenna's favourite breakfast while she's still asleep.

You're about to set everything up on a tray so she can enjoy breakfast in bed, but you hear your bedroom door open.

You smile at her as she walks over. "Good morning baby. I smelt something delicious here, and it woke me up," she grins.

You wrap your arms around her, kissing her lovingly. "Good morning. Happy birthday beautiful. I made your favourite."

She hugs you tight before kissing you again. You hold her close before you both pull away to sit down and enjoy breakfast together.

Once you finish eating, Jenna starts getting calls from her friends. While she's busy with that, you walk to your bedroom and close the door, taking out your phone and calling your sister.

"Hey, S/n, are you at the airport yet?"

"Yeah, I'm there already. They should be landing soon, so we're on time," she replies.

"That's perfect. Thank you so much for helping me; I owe you."

She chuckles. "Don't mention it, Y/n. It's a lovely idea. I'm excited to see Jenna's reaction."

You talk for a bit longer before hanging up, heading back to Jenna.

"Who was that, babe?" she asks as you wrap your arm around her. You kiss her cheek and smile.

"My sister. I was calling her to ask about later tonight" Jenna raises her eyebrow, looking at you curiously.

"You're planning something, aren't you?" she questions. You shake your head, smiling at her.

"What makes you say that?" you say teasingly.

She groans, quickly straddling your waist and cupping your face. "Remember when I said I didn't want any surprises tonight? I want to spend time with you today before dinner with our friends later."

You chuckle, pecking her lips. "Trust me, my love. You'll like it."

She rolls her eyes playfully, and you wrap your arms around her waist, kissing along her jawline lightly.

"Come on, baby, don't be upset. How about I make it up to you right now?" you whisper suggestively, kissing down her neck slowly.

She smirks, pushing you to lay back on the couch and kissing you hard. She lets her lips trail to your earlobe and bites down softly.

You gasp, gripping her waist as you hear her mumble against your skin.

"As long as I'm in charge, darling."

Time skip

After spending the rest of the afternoon shopping and relaxing at the beach, you drive Jenna to the restaurant you organised dinner in.

Once you park the car, you walk into the restaurant together. The waitress leads you to the hall you booked, and you let Jenna open the door.

She's automatically greeted with cheers from her closest friends, all of them coming to greet her.

While Jenna hugs them all, enveloped in conversation, you approach your sister and hug her.

"They'll come through the door with the birthday cake", she whispers into your ear. You nod, and everyone soon sits down to enjoy dinner.

Everyone talks amongst themselves while they eat dinner. You take Jenna's hand and kiss it softly, glad she's enjoying herself.

She turns to you with a smile, leaning in to kiss you softly. You kiss her back, wrapping an arm around her.

She leans into you, her head on your shoulder as you continue talking with your friends.

The waitress approaches you and asks if the cake should be brought in now. You nod and thank her before she walks back to the kitchen.

The hall doors open, and everyone turns to look towards them.

Jenna gasps when she sees her family pushing the cart with her birthday cake towards their table. She hadn't been able to visit them in a while with how packed her schedule was.

You both decided to drive to her family's house and celebrate with them as soon as her schedule wasn't as busy. Jenna knew that would take another few weeks.

You knew how much she missed them, so you decided to organise their flight over here earlier. You had your sister pick them up at the airport so you wouldn't have to leave Jenna alone for several hours on her birthday.

Once Jenna greets her family members, everyone sits down to continue their meals.

Only once she has sat back down and turned to you do you realise she's tearing up.

She cups your face with a broad smile. "Thank you for organising this, my love. I'm so happy I don't have to wait weeks to see them again."

"Of course, baby" You kiss her forehead, hugging her tight.

You spend the rest of the evening smiling wide at Jenna's happiness, opening her gifts and catching up with her family.
