3RD PERSON POV: Moksha is seen watching Kai with a blush while Annie watches neutrality

Moksha:*quietly* oh...my....

Kai is seen shirtless with resistance bands on throwing a flurry of punches barely breaking a sweat

*beep* *beep*

Annie:alright, bands off

Kai takes the bands off as Annie stands up with a large pad and stands infront of Kai and smakes the pad

Annie:come on

Kai then relentlessly throws attacks at the pad

*BAM* *WHABAM* *WHACK* *CRACK* *BAM*

kai throws a kick as Annie skids back as Kai appears infront of her and kicks her again

*BAM*

Annie:okay! Okay! That's enough for today!

She says while holding her hand up as the boy stops his fist as Annie puts the pad down and drops down to the ground tired

Annie:*pant* you really*huff* need to know how to hold back...

She says as Moksha hands her a bottle of water

Annie:thanks, Moksha. I needed that

Moksha:no problem

She says with a smile and hands Kai a bottle of water only for him to politely decline and takes a deep breath and sits down

Kai:what's on the agenda for today?

Moksha:the usual drills, surprisingly there's no matches or boughts today

Annie:so basically a day off?

Moksha:basically

Annie shoots up and throws Kai a shirt as he and the brunette look at the demon

Moksha/Kai:?

Annie:what? We have a free day! Like hell I'm not taking advantage of that! No come on

She says and leaves the two in an awkward silence

Kai:so are they still giving you trouble?

Moksha looks at him

Moksha:who?

Kai:the guys at our school. They've been bothering you lately haven't they?

Moksha:y-yes, b-but-

Kai cuts her off by raising his hand

Kai:don't try to defend them. I know Xuan Yin told you that

Moksha:you know my master?

Kai stands up and slips his shirt on

Kai:she was a friend of my mother. So technically she's my Godmother

Moksha:oh

Kai:now come on, we don't want to keep Annie waiting

He says the girl hurrys after him both not noticing Xuan Yin in the corner

Xuan Yin:looks like I found my chosen one

She says before disappearing

TIMESKIP: Kai, Annie and Moksha had spent the day hanging out together and are now standing infront of the base

Kai:nope

He turns away

Kai:can't do this

Annie grabs his collar and begins to pull him back

Annie:oh come on! You haven't seen them in fifteen years! It's the least you could do!

Kai:nope!

Moksha:too late

She says as the two turn around to see Riku standing at the door was as Annie let's go of Kai. Both hybrids staring at each other

Annie:we're just gonna go....

She says while pushing Moksha past Riku who steps out the doorway and stands infront of her brother

Kai:hey-

*whack*

Riku punches him across the face with her hair covering her eyes

Riku:fifteen years...you've been gone for fifteen years...since mom and dad died

Kai looks at her as Riku looks up at him with tears in her eyes

Riku:do you have any Idea, what it felt like having to tell Melina and Jin you won't be here again. How much it hurt knowing your gone. That your blame yourself for everything...how it felt knowing my brother is gone that he left me in a bad state. No one to help comfort me or Elyria

She let's her tears flow freely as Kai's looks at her with wide eyes as his sisters face consorts into one of sorrow and pain

Kai:Riku...I-

She pulls him into an embrace her face buried in his chest clutching onto him tightly as Elyria walks out the door to see her sister and brother as tears flow from her face

Elyria:ni-chan...?

She quickly rushes over to them and embraces her brother aswell as Melina and Jin along side Rinne walk out to see this and rush over to their brother and bring him in an embrace letting tears flow from their face. As Kai hugs them back letting tears flow from his own eyes. They all held onto each other as if they where to let them go they would disappear all over again
