3RD PERSON POV: four years have passed since the end of ragnarok and the deaths of many and during that time team RWBY and JNPR had split up,beacon fell,ghira was killed by Adam who is now on the run,blake had become the leader of the whitefang, all those associated with jiyoung's assassination organization and the angels of death where labeled as criminals, Wiess had joined the atlas military like her sister,humans where able to discover a way to travel through different dimensions,mubong had become world president, sol had become vice-president,while salem and ozpin's war rages on but now mubong had joined ozpin's side,RWBY and the rest of ashes harem had found out what ozpin did as cinder killed him during the fall,amber had woken up via bell and phymn and Pyrrha had become the fall maiden and is sharing it's power with amber and cinder.

Kid:granpa

A child and his grandpa are seen walking on the sidewalk of New Korea as construction continues on around them

Grandpa:hm?

Kid:why is there so much construction in new seoul?

He asks his grandpa who answers him

Grandpa:they want a better life

Kid:do our lives get better by making lots of buildings?

AT THE PIECES OF YEOUI AND NEUNTOTE: a boat is seen docking at the bay of the island that neuntote, and the yeoui's are as a hooded and cloacked figure steps off the boat

He says as the clocked figure turns to him and hands him some Won and speaks to him

They say before walking forward as the boat captain returns to the deck as the clocked figure hums

Once the figure stops humming they reach neuntote and yeoui as they reach for something behind them and pull out a bouquet of roses and place them infront of a picture of ash before taking some of the roses and placing them infront of pictures of each of the angels and jiyoung as they then reach for their hood and take it off reveling...
