3RD PERSON POV:FOUR YEARS EARLIER AFTER "RAGNAROK" AND BEACONS FALL: Jaune is seen sitting at a table with Lucifer within Lucifer's house

Jaune:join forces with me. I just can't forgive Ozpin, Sol and Mubong Park

Lucifer:why would you need my help when you inherited the "sage's eye"....?

Jaune:I just want to take care of "Mubong Park" and "Soljin Park" only. In order to make this happen, I would need your help. They move around with tighter security then I thought so it's hard to track them down. But I can't control my power to minimize the damage..

Lucifer:punish Mubong, Sol and Ozpin... and then what?

He says before standing up and walking to the window with his back turned to Jaune while looking out of the window

Lucifer:since "Ragnarok" and "beacons fall" Sol and Mubong have received overwhelming support and established the world government. They took a world that was on the brink of annihilation and is quickly returning it to the way it was before the war. Of course I can't forgive them for the things they've done. But there are also things only they can achieve because of the way they are. Is killing Soljin and Mubong Park really the best thing to do in this situation? It may be fake, but the world has been united under the pretext that "they saved the world" . If you kill Soljin and Mubong Park, the pivot of the unification it would clearly lead to chaos...people are too tired to see blood spilled again.

He says as Jaune stays silent for a few seconds before speaking

Jaune:....that doesn't mean I can forgive them. Have you already forgotten what those bastards did?

Lucifer:...what about you? Do you think you have a right to say that? You're leading the NOX remnants and staying in the east. Have you already forgotten?

He says as Jaune says silent

Lucifer:the things that NOX did to us? The "Jade emperor" who once had your right eye. The power of that being who has trampled all over human lives for hundreds, thousands of years along side his promise with my little sister Charlie. Not only did he plant energy stones all over the planet to offer our vital energy to the Gods, but he's even performed countless experiments on human beings for the sake of his own eternal life. And for centuries at that...Soljin and Mubong Park did whatever it took to free humans from that bastard. To be honest, I think that Soljin and Mubong Park are way better than them

He says only to receive silence

Lucifer:gouge out your right eye and deal with the NOX remnants. Then I'll help you punish Soljin and Mubong Park

Jaune:I have to save someone I love. I'll stop at nothing until I do so. Just like you when you tried to save Chloe Decker

Lucifer:...okay....I get your point

He then turns to Jaune who stands up from his chair

Lucifer:but I still can't forgive the Jade emperor either

Jaune:no, that was thoughtless of me. You almost lost your life to him when you fell from heaven...I understand why you can't help me out. So your just going to leave Soljin and Mubong Park as they are?

Lucifer:Soljin and Mubong Park will pay for what they did. But I have a different way of making him do so. I will bring him down the legal way. Everyone needs to know what they did, then the people who once built him up will pull him down with their own hands. It may be slow, and if you consider efficiency alone, it may be the worst option in terms of cost effectiveness, but that's the most rational choice. I'm going into the system to fight him within the boundaries of the law. That's the path I've chosen
