The two crawled under the bed. Sigan-in-Cedric managed to get to the other side, but Merlin wasn't so lucky.
"You've gone too far this time, Merlin! You can spend a few days cooling off in the cells! Guards!"
Merlin was taken away.
INT. KING'S PALACE – DUNGEON
Merlin was locked away as he yelled, "He's going to destroy Camelot!" He hit the bars in anger.
EXT. KING'S PALACE – BATTLEMENTS/DRAWBRIDGE – NIGHT
Sigan-in-Cedric's body said, "I am returned. Ic cume eft to Camelot. swá þæt ic mæg min fæhþ awrecan! Nu 'ic lybbe ece and ic mæg rædan min burh!"
Gargoyles from spots around the castle came to life and began flying around.
One landed in front of Gwen and she screamed, "Ahhh!"
The gargoyles started attacking the citizens.
INT. KING'S PALACE– COUNCIL CHAMBER OF DOOM – NIGHT
The doors opened and Uther entered as he said, "I don't know what this creature is, where it's come from."
Arthur followed behind. "There's more than one, Father. We've had several reports. There's panic in the lower town. People are fleeing the city."
"Then you must hunt these creatures down and kill them."
"Yes, Sire."
EXT. LOWER TOWN – NIGHT
The citizens were still being attacked.
INT. KING'S CASTLE – HALLS – NIGHT
Arthur and his knights ran through the halls.
INT. KING'S PALACE – COUNCIL CHAMBER OF DOOM – NIGHT
"Have you seen what's happening?" Uther asked.
"It is as I warned you, Sire," Gaius told him.
"This cannot be Sigan."
"It is his revenge, he has come back from the dead."
"Then he will die again."
"You do not understand, Sire. You cannot kill a man who has conquered mortality."
"Don't tell me what cannot be done. Camelot will not fall to a sorcerer while I'm King."
INT. KING'S PALACE – DUNGEONS – NIGHT
Merlin looked up from where he was seared as the palace threatened to crumble.
EXT. LOWER TOWN - NIGHT
The gargoyles were still attacking the citizens.
INT. KING'S PALACE – DUNGEONS – NIGHT
"Hello?!" Merlin called, running to the cell door.
EXT. KING'S PALACE – MAIN SQUARE – NIGHT
"Regroup!" Arthur shouted. "Low fight!"
INT. KING'S PALACE – TEMPORARY WARD – NIGHT
Citizens gathered in a makeshift medical wing, helping the injured.
INT. KING'S PALACE – DUNGEONS – NIGHT
"Tóspringe!" Merlin cried, breaking the door with magic.
INT. KING'S PALACE – TEMPORARY WARD – NIGHT
"We need more bandages, Gwen, Colette," Gaius said, noticing Morgana walking around and helping. "You shouldn't be doing this."
"It's exactly what I should be doing," Morgana told him.
