Third's person POV
"He touched me all there (pointing towards herself) and kissed me too" her cracked voice came in his ear, he closed his eyes and mumbled "i am sorry.. it's all because of me" and hold her hand but she pulled her hands back
"Please don't show me your sympathy now....i am very much fine" she said and get up but her legs betrayed and she about to fall but sid was quick to hold her by her waist and said
"I don't want to show you sympathy" but she pushed him and tears were clouded in her eyes and hold him by his nape because he is shirtless, both are so close and then she said
"You don't love me...remember? Then why you are here? then why you came to save me? Just why?? But i know you don't answer me because you want to live in your past...god dammit" and she slid down and started crying, he tried to hold her from shoulder but she jerked him away
"Don't touch me"
"Avneet...first of all let's go from here then..." He said but she shouted
"No...you go just go" but her eyes get blurred and she fainted in his arms
"Avneet...." he patted her cheeks and panicked

Siddharth laid her on bed and a lady doctor came in after sometime, yes Siddharth drives to her mansion.
Butler show him her bedroom but he didn't notice the big frame of him. Then one worker came and give him a shirt to wear.
Doctor saw him sitting beside her holding her hands.
"Excuse me....i have to check the patient" doctor said while he get up and stood there silently.
"You are her husband?" Doctor asked while he shook his head
"Then please wait outside" she said and he went outside unwillingly because he didn't want to leave her for a second now.
"Doctor....how is she?" he asked impatiently when doctor came out from room
"She will regain consciousness in 2 hours. I think you know someone forced on her, marks on her upper body so this ointment for her brusies.....and i guess she was starving from few days, not taking a proper diet and took pressure too... anyway if you have any problem then call me" doctor said all these to him and from behind Reem also listened and came there then doctor left.
"Reem, you listened she was not eating from few days and again who is the reason behind this is me" sid said but she hugged him
"Thank you Siddharth for bringing back my Avneet"
"I am doing favour on me Reem, if anything happens to her then I will be died" he said looking down
"Okay...now you can go Siddharth...i am here to take care of her" Reem said without making eye contact with him
"No..Reem I will not...and I think you should go to your home I am here for her" he said but she looked at him
"Siddharth, she is so fragile, don't play with her feelings when you are not sure about yours.....if again anything happens with her i will not spare you.. remember that" she said coldly and she went inside then kissed her forehead and left for her house
While he made his way to her room slowly and sat down close to her, while seeing her marks then he recalls Reem's words

He strokes her cheeks and when his eyes lids getting heavy thinking something deeply aur he slept like this only.

Avneet's POV
After sometime, I opened my eyes slowly and blinked sometimes to adjust with light.
I looked around and myself in my own bedroom, and it was night then my door opened and Siddharth entered with tray of food while he saw me and widely smile making my heart fluttering in happiness.
He come closer to me and kept food tray on side table while cupping my face, he asked
"Are you okay now?" She looked at him and nodded and jerked him away and I traces my marks which makes me feel disgusted of myself. I wanted my first love bite to be special not this harrasment, this is true if Siddharth didn't came on time then maybe i was lost my virginity too...and this mere thought scared me to the death. And tears again fall down without my will.
"Shh...Avneet you can't change whatever happened with you sometime ago" he said while stroking my cheeks
"You didn't feel disgusted of me? Like I am feeling for myself...how can I be so stupid?" I again cried... I don't why what today I am crying mess infront of him. But his words stopped my sobbing and I looked at him
"You trust me??" I nodded without any other thought because I know something is wrong with him from starting And I desperately want him to share with me. But why he is asking this question suddenly I thought.
And next without any word I am in his arms and he made his way towards the bathroom.
He put me down on my feet and tapped on the shower drenching both of us in water.
Water is so cold so, I hugged him to feel his warmth and he immediately held me close.
"Sidd...hart.h" I called his name more like whisper but he did something unexpected.
He placed his lips on mine, kissing me slowly while pouring his all love towards me, he believe it or not but he loves me too and you have to tell me. I responded back when I came in my senses with same passion. The kiss was slow and steady. He never kissed me e back and today he only initiated. And I must say he know how how to kiss. He is just perfect.He bite me lips and I gasped he took this opportunity and entered in my mouth exploring each and every corner while making me out of breath, he broke the kiss and joined my forehead with himself.
"I will never ever feel disgusted with you, so never think like this" he said against my lips and his lips brushes with mine which made me blushing. He rubbed my mark on neck and said
"Tell me avni...where did he touched you?" He said while kissing me on my neck where the marks are present then he moved down but looked at me and pulled out a blindfold while wearing it.
His acts just melt my heart and increased my heartbeat when he touched towards my cleavage. I turned around and my back hit his front. He hold me by keeping hands on my stomach.
"Are you jealous Siddharth?" I said when I felt he kissed all that places where that bastard touch while pulling me impossible close.
"I am not jealous" my face fell down but again he said
"I am burning in fire, if you are not in that condition...I was killed that bastard with my bare hands" I never seen this side of him...this romantic side of him make my breath hitched.
"I love you Siddharth" I whispered
