Episode 39: Don't Answer the Door

One day at the Cottage, everything seems to be peaceful. However, a sudden electric shock, followed by Elder Kettle's scream appear behind the cottage. Soon, Cuphead and Mugman walk inside the cottage laughing.

Mugman laughs as he says, "Hooking up the car battery to Elder Kettle's steering wheel was your best idea yet!"

"I do love a good prank," Cuphead says and nudges Mugman with his elbow.

Then the two begin laughing again.

Soon, Elder Kettle walks in and is fried, with some sparks and a piece of his mustache on fire.

"It looks like you got me again, boys," Elder Kettle says, and uses his fingers to put the small fire out.

Then says, "I'd be upset if it wasn't keeping you from fighting each other all day."

Then an idea comes to him, "Oh! If you're not fighting, that means I can get my mustache waxed." He then puts on his hat and scarf and happily says, "See you at dinner, boys." and leaves the house, closing the door

Soon, the boys are all alone.

"He bought it. He really thinks we ain't fightin'. Nice work!" Cuphead says in excitement and punches Mugman in the arm.

Mugman yelps, "Ow!" And rubs his arm a bit.

"Thanks," Mugman says, and punches Cuphead back.

Cuphead yelps, "Ow!"

And Mugman says, "But we're not fightin'."

"Oh, right!" Cuphead says, and punches Mugman.

Causing Mugman to yelp, "Ow!"

"Nice punch!" Mugman says and punches Cuphead.

"Thank you!" Cuphead replies, and punches Mugman.

Mugman says, "You're welcome!"

And with that, the two begin to punch each other. In the matter of seconds, the two begin to fight with each other again. Suddenly, they hear knocking on the door.

Ah!

Cuphead rushes to the door, "I got it!"

But Mugman pulls him back, "No, I'll get it!"

Cuphead pulls the rug, causing Mugman to fall and has his nose stuck to the floor. Cuphead soon reaches the door, but before he can open it, Mugman pushes him out of the way

Mugman opens the door and says, "Hello."

Mugman soon looks down and begins breathlessly spluttering in fear. He then slams the door and has a frightened expression on his face

Cuphead asks, "Who is it?"

Mugman continues to breathlessly splutters, unable to get a word out

"Get out of the way," Cupohead says as he pushes Mugman out of the way, looks through the peephole

He looks outside and says, "All I see's a ba..." But Cuphead gasps in shock, "It can't be."

Then turn to Mugman in fear "It's..."

And they both exclaim in terror, "Baby Bottle!"

Soon, the two friends runs to the closet and hides inside

Mugman panics, "Why is it back?"

"What does it want?" Cuphead panics.

Mugman exclaims, "What are we gonna do? Don't you remember what happened last time?"

The last time Baby Bottle has come to the cottage, he has given Cuphead, Mugman, Red Rose, and Elder Kettle nothing but trouble. The boys begin whimpering in fear.
