Everyone, including Jonathan and Miriam, was on the search for the bird. Tempera was resting, because showing the time film to others requires a lot of energy. Hopefully they'll find the bird soon.
While the others were searching for the bird, Maximillian and Pepper were gathering things for the spell that would restore Santa's memories.
