16 days before the Christmas Eve!

Fudge was outside with her puppies and Ginger and Rowan. The puppies, Truffle, Choco and Nougat were jumping and playing in the snow, making happy puppy sounds. The youngest of the puppies, Jellybean wasn't as excited as her siblings. She was staring at the snow, devastated. The poor thing couldn't move. Fudge trotted to her and nudged Jellybean with her nozzle. Jellybean fell over and just laid there.
Ginger picked her up. "You don't like the snow? That's okay!" she assured the puppy. Jellybean poked Ginger's cheek with her nose. All of a sudden, a beautiful, blue bird flew past them. It caught Fudge's attention, because the bird wasn't singing. Fudge barked at the twins. "What is it? What bird?" Rowan asked. Fudge looked up at a spruce branch where the bird was sitting. The twins nodded. "We'll keep our eyes on it", Ginger told.
