DBK and Princess Iron Fan left the two after a few minutes of watching Nuo eat, while listening to Red Son talk.
Princess Iron Fan too Demon Bull King she was going to the shower. While she did DBK looked around, there were new pictures. He looked at some of them. He looked around, no one was around.
He looked at the photos hung up.
One had Red Son and Nuo dancing in their Pajamas. Red Son's hair was down but Nuo's was up in a simple bun. They were both laughing, light blush brushing their cheeks. As the light shined on the two perfectly to make it look like the two were glowing. There was a small blue sticky note under it saying,
"Red Son almost fell like 4 times while taking this photo." And other orange sticky note saying,
"IT WAS NOT 4 TIMES! It was only twice.".
Another was a picture of Princess Iron Fan styling Nuo's hair. She seemed at peace, Nuo seemed overly happy to have her hair done. Iron Fan sat on a couch with a ponytail in her mouth and in a simple black dress, obviously not yet ready for the day. Nuo was in a nightgown, also not ready for the day with a hot drink her hands.
The other was of all three, asleep. Princess Iron Fan was in the middle, Nuo on her left, Red Son on her Right both leaning on her while she had her arms wrapped around both of them.
DBK saw another photo of Red Son and Nuo covered in soot. Nuo was jumping back, while Red Son covered his head. There was a small explosion in the back, which DBK assumed what was an experiment. Under this one was a pink sticky note,
"Experiment gone wrong." Then an orange note,
"Because NUO forgot to put FOUR drops instead of THREE." Underneath that note though was a blue one with the words,
"Cause Red Son forgot to put the lit back on. CAUSE THE MATH CALLED FOR FOUR NOT THREE!" DBK laughed at the notes.
He went to the next photo which was a photo of what looked to be a small Nuo, she had a short hair and looked to be on the verge of tears.
There was another next to it was a photo of little Red Son with crossed arms, he was also on the verge of tears.
In the middle of the two photos was a photo of Princess Iron Fan holding Little Red Son as she tickled him. Causing him to laugh hard for the photo. It had pink note under it,
"My arm was soaked and the other was burning by the end of this nap." DBK smiled again at the note
DBK looked at all the pictures, it was like a gallery walk. Then he stopped to find a larger photo of all three of them. Princess Iron Fan, Nuo and Red Son all sitting under a tree with a picnic blanket all smiling and laughing.
DBK stared, there were so many photos of all of them, together or alone. Not a single one had him in it.
But he soon realized he spoke too soon, when he turned the corner and saw an entire hallway, of photos of DBK. Lots of them were with Princess Iron and or Red Son. He stared for a moment.
He saw one of DBK holding a baby Red Son, he was trying to eat DBK's nose and DBK was pulling away laughing. There was a very small bit of a blue note sticking out the bottom of the photo. DBK pulled it out,
"Red Son loves this photo so much, he won't stop staring at it." DBK looked at the photo then the note. He shoved the note in his pocket and walked on.
He felt a little more caught up with his family, in a way.
