It's about finding out who you want to love. About choices, you have to make in life. If you are not comfortable with it you don't have to read it.
Now the warnings may contain rude language. Contains multiple sex scenes. There is a short chapter about gay bashing. what I don't approve but is something that happens too much in life. There are parts of cheating and a love triangle. Still, not approve of fooling someone to love another but again happens in real life too. It has a good end that explains all of the relationships and how they are living their lives.
