𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙇𝘿𝙍𝙀𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙁𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙃 [𝔹𝕆𝕆𝕂 𝟚] [𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙿𝙻𝙴𝚃𝙴𝙳]

Chapter 8: The Sister He Never Knew

Emily coughed hard as she held her throat, she thought that he was gonna kill her, right there, she expected him to but she had to take a chance that he wouldn't and that chance at least for now, worked

Henry: So, you said your name was Emily?

Henry asks turning around to her and he crossed his arms

She looked up at him and nervously nodded as she began to stand up but Henry suddenly appeared over top of her with his eyes once again black

She flinched at the sight of him as she grabbed her backpack and squeezed it tight, she believed this was the moment he'd kill her

But his eyes just turned normal and he held our his hand as Emily was slightly confused as to why, for what purpose? Henry scoffed as he bent down and grabbed her hand and put it into his as he stood up and then helped her up; it was like she didn't know when someone was trying to help her

Henry: Follow me.

He just turns to the side and starts walking as Emily hurried to grab her things as she puts her bag around her shoulder and catches up to Henry

Emily: So uh what are we doing?

Henry: Well I'm going to find a place to sleep. I don't care what you do.

Emily: But you uh- told me to uh follow you.

Henry stopped and turned to Emily as she nervously stepped back

Henry: Listen, Emmy.

Emily: That's not my name.

Henry: It is now. Look, I could've killed you back there, I could've but I won't lie and say im not curious as to what you have to say. So here's how it's going to go, you're gonna tell me your story and if it's not good enough then....and only then will I kill you. Understood?

Emily gulps as Henry holds his hand out and she shakes it

Henry: Great.

He turns back around as he starts walking again as he says

Henry: Seeing as how you say your my sister, that means you have the speedforce in your system, correct?

He hears a subtle "Uh-huh" coming from behind him as he just chuckles

Henry: Well then, keep up, Emmy.

Henry suddenly takes off running through the woods as Emily stumbles backwards as she looks around and takes a deep breath and then takes off running after him

Barry sat in the cortex thinking about everything that's happened these last few months, not only did he return from the speedforce practically reborn

But he also had to go up against the fastest mind alive, it took everything in him and his team to win against him, for a time he even lost Ralph, but even after that it didn't stop, his future son and daughter arrived and while he knew they actually could get home, he felt as though they should stick around for a bit and they were

But Speed Demon was the first thing on his mind, he wanted to know who he was, where he truly came from, how he became so broken

A sudden whoosh causes him to turn as he sees Kara walk in with two coffee cups

Kara: Figured I'd find you here.
