Barry Allen and Aurora Allen had normal lives, up until the particle accelerator explosion. Or, well, their lives were normal-ish before the accelerator explosion, but the truth is their lives haven't been normal since Barry was 11, and Aurora was 13. One night, after Aurora and Barry were put to sleep, something came into their house, like a tornado of lightning. In the lighting there was a blur, and inside that blur was a man, in a yellow suit. The Reverse-Flash. And it was this Reverse-Flash that destroyed their normal life straight from their childhood, by killing their mother. Killing their mother, and sending their father to prison for it, for the crime he didn't commit. Now, in the present day, the two live with Joe, Astrid and Iris West. Barry works with CCPD as a Crime Scene Investigator and Aurora as a Crime Scene Photographer. The two of them also work together to find the impossible. And, when they become the impossible, that becomes easier. The particle accelerator, when it explodes, Barry Allen is given superspeed, and Aurora Allen is given the ability to slow time down, or rather manipulate it. With these abilities, they hunt down the man who killed their mother, and framed their father. They become The Flash and Velora, the Time Witch. However, they weren't the only ones affected by the Particle Accelerator. Penelope Soraya a Biochemist as S.T.A.R. Labs, she was given the ability to manipulate the memory of others. She becomes the hero known as Memory. Luther Cross was given the power of Decay, the Angel of Decay. He becomes the hero known as Blight. However, because of what his powers took from him, he is reluctant to the change. Will this team work? And can they stop the man in yellow, the Reverse-Flash together?
