Due to his natural connection with the negative speedforce, Alex's powers could not be detected, so he was diagnosed as quirkless, and for this he was bullied and mocked from everyone in his life, except his family. Still he had the dream to go to U.A. and become a hero, just like the Flash. What will Alex do when he discovers that his idol, the Flash, is responsible for his father's death?
