I leaned back in my seat trying to de-stress from this stressful situation, me and Leon were currently being drove to some part of Mexico....or was it Europe.....i really didn't pay attention to be honest, (me trying desperately to remember what one of those officers said at the beginning, HELP, fuck it) I tilted my head back and closed my eyes signing, if anything happens Leon will let me know very quickly, tuning everything out i started thinking of the mission, 'the president's daughter is missing huh, and we're all the way out here just because of some intel we don't even know If it's true or false, but, i guess i couldn't blame the fool, i'd be terrified and panicked if i lost my kid' i thought to myself, Leon's right elbow jabbed me in the side which made me jump up in surprise and swat at him, "dude, that wasn't funny" i said slightly annoyed, "yeah well you need to start paying attention, who knows what could happen" Leon said light heartedly with a low chuckle, i rolled my eyes and gave a few airy laughs, i tuned back in to hear what the cops were saying but they were just talking to each other, Leon could probably understand them but i couldn't, i don't speak Spanish, one of the cops left and the cop in the driver seat offered Leon a smoke, which he declined, Leon was never much of a smoker, "I'll take one" i said as i leaned forward for one, "i see the senorita knows her pleasures" he said laughing as he handed me one, (he said it in a none creepy way) "ya bet ur ass i know what i like" i said as my right hand reached into my right pocket of my black leather jacket, it was like Leon's but black and white.
The cop said something in Spanish to Leon and he nodded and opened the car door, he looked at me and motioned for me to follow, i sighed snd snuffed out my cigarette and followed him, we followed a path into the woods as we made casual small talk, "so, you think we'll find her?" i asked, "if our intel is correct then baby eagle will be here" Leon responded as we stepped over a few bear traps.
We soon found a cabin type house, we both looked at each other and nodded, i stayed a bit behind Leon with my pistol drawn to my right side, Y'know, just in case, Leon opened the front door and stepped inside calling out to the home owners, i tried to follow Leon inside but the door shut in my face before i could, my left hand let go of the pistol and went to the doorknob, it felt stuck so i tried wiggling it, 'yeah, it ain't opening' i thought to myself, i knocked three times on the door and jokingly called out, i heard people getting into a scuffle so i could only guess Leon got into a fight.
