It's almost 2 PM and KS went to HM's house for lunch.
Upon her arrival, she found that the door was open. She became worried and pulled out her gun. She went inside the house and looked around. She quietly started investigating the house. Suddenly, she heard HM's scream. She lost her nerve and went straight to HM's bedroom with a gun in hand.
Karishma saw a lady in her late 20s standing in front of Haseena who was lying in bed in pain.
KS while pointing gun at the lady: Hath upar..Aur dur ho jao MS se.
HM: KS! Aap kya kar rhi hain?
KS: MS aap theek toh hain? Aur tum..Hum ne bola na ke hath upar
HM: KS relax! relax! ye humari dost hai
Lady: Arey bhai! ye Police kya sab se aise hi milti hai? Ye kya alag level ki policegiri chal rahi hai
KS was a little embarrassed and relaxed which was visible to Haseena. She put down her gun and apologized.
Lady reading KS's name plate: Karishma ji, Police ke dost bhi hote hai jo un se milne a skte hai. Aap toh humpe gun leke ek dum se koodh gayi.
KS: ji zarror a sakte hain Police valo ke dost unse milne lekin Darwaza proper band krke aye na. Aise main door khula chhod diya. Agar koi a jata toh?
Lady: Shit! Sorry, Mujhe yaad bhul gya.
HM: It's okay Jaan. I know tu abhi tak nahi sudhri. Relax KS, ye inki purrani adat hai. Aksar bhul jati hain ye shoti shoti chheeje.
KS was just standing and stopped listening after hearing Haseena addressing the lady as Jaan. Although it shouldn't matter, unknown to Karishma, her body was reacting in this way. Her heart was acting weird. She almost felt an ache running through her body. It was very short but effective. She didn't let anyone know about her changing emotional state.
KS composing herself quickly: Okay MS. Wo aapke cheekne ki awaz ayi thi.
Lady: Areey haan! Tu theek hai Gazalu ? Lagi toh nahi?
HM: Thoda dard huya tha but now I am fine.
Lady: Wo actually we thought of watching a movie. I got up to bring some snacks but accidentally pressed Haseena's foot a little.
KS: Aap Dhyan se uthti na fir. Aapko pta hai ke unhe chot lagi hai aur phir bhi
HM interrupted: KS koi baat nahi. Hum theek hai. Aur aap yahan iss waqt? Thanna kon sambhal rha hai?
KS: Wo MS humhe lga aap akeli hongi toh aap ke liye lunch laye the. Aur Thanna Pushpa ji dekh rahi hain.
HM: Oh! Thanks again KS. lekin humne thodi dher pehle hi lunch kr liya. Aap ye kitchen mein rakh dijiye, hum raat ko kha lenge.
KS: Ji theek hai MS.
And Karishma started moving towards the kitchen
Lady: Karishma!...Aap kitchen mein ja hi rahi hain toh please snaks bhi le ana.
Karishma nodded and went to the kitchen. She was adjusting things in the fridge to make room for lunch which was now to be kept for dinner and thinking, "Pta nahi yun achanak ye kya ho gya humhe. Dil toh kar rha hai ke yahan se abhi ke abhi nikal jaye. Ye mood swings bhi na. Chalo aab MS ke paas koi hai unka dhyaan rakhne ke liye. Hum Thaane vapis chale jaate hain."
KS grabbed some snacks and went to the bedroom. Her heart went into another turmoil after looking at the scene in front of her. Haseena was half lying on the bed getting swept away in the sweet cuddle. The lady's both arms were wrapped around Haseena's waist and Haseena was resting her head on the lady's head. Both were in a very comfy position.
Lady upon watching Karishma: Thank you so much for the snacks Karishma. Why don't you join us for the movie?
KS with very low energy: Nahi wo fir kabhi. Humhe Thanna jana hai. Khayal rakkhiye ga aap MS. Jai Hind!
HM felt something is off but she let it go for the moment and bid Karishma Goodbye.
Karishma left for thanna.

Lady: you know. this reminds me of the old days.
HM: haan, Bus tumhari jagah koi aur hota tha.
Lady: ree yaar. Usne meri jagah le li thi. Uske aane ke baad tu kahan aise movies dekha krti thi mere sath.

Lady: theek hai re baba.. lekin Tum dono ne bahut dil jalaya tha mera. Banda thoda salike se reh leta hai. Pta bhi tha ke mera break up huya hai lekin tum dono phir bhi bas ek dusre ke sath hi chipke rehte the. Kitni yaad aati thi mujhe uss kamine ki tum logo ko dekh ke. But God! you guys couldn't keep your hands off each other. vaise ek baat pushu?
HM: as if you need my permission
Lady: Woh toh hai........Acha! bta.....Do you miss her?
HM just stared and went quiet for a while.
