I turned on my laptop and opened YouTube. I decided that I wanted to make a YouTube channel. You know, so I could sing and get peoples opinions.

I clicked on the button that said "Create Account" and filled in my information.

First Name: Hazel

Last Name: Paris

Gmail Adress: hazel.paris.sings@gmail.com

Password: ***********

Birthdate: July 16th, 2000

Gender: Female

Location: United States of America

I filled in my information and clicked "Set Up Account". I decided that I was going to make my first YouTube video.

I opened my camera on my laptop and pressed record.

"Hi, guys," I said, "my name is hazelsings and welcome to my YouTube channel! I will be singing covers of some of my favorite songs! This is my first cover, and I will be singing "Footloose" by Kenny Loggins. I hope you enjoy!"

I played the instrumental track and sang the song.

Been working so hard

I ended the video by saying, "please subscribe for even more music! Thank you so much for watching! Bye!"

As it was uploading to YouTube, I got a text from Jace.

Jace: Hey, Hazel.

Me: heyyy

J: Are u free 2 hang out 2day?

Me: Yeah, totally! Where should we meet?

J: I dunno. lol

Me: lol

J: Maybe you can come over and we could play a whole bunch of games.

Me: Fun!!!! I'll be there in less than fifteen minutes.

J: Okay, cool! I have something to tell you.

I walked over to Jace's house. When I got there, I knocked on the door. Jace's mom, Ms. Norman, answered.

"Hi, Ms. Norman," I said.

"Hi, Hazel," she said smiling, "Jace said you were coming over."

"Yeah, he invited me over."
