"are you working on another painting?" suna asked coming into my studio, "when am i not" i sighed putting my paintbrush down. "what's up?" i asked sitting on the couch, "come sit" i said patting the spot next to mine.
"nothing, thought i'd come visit" he said, "we just saw each other yesterday" i said playfully rolling my eyes. "ah yes, the traumatizing red room" he said shaking his head, "i'm still mad at you for that. just because you have it, doesn't mean i need to see it" i said.
"yeah? maybe we can try it out one day" he said with a smirk, "shut up" i said looking the other way. "we haven't even known each other for a year and you're already making moves" i sighed going back to my canvas.
"what're you painting?" he asked, "well i thought about that one night where this guy and i danced at a ball, and i wanted to recreate what it might've looked like" i said adding some gold to my painted gown.
"that guy looks an awful lot like me" he said, "i never said the guy wasn't you" i said shrugging my shoulders.
he snaked his hands around my waist and placed his chin on my shoulder. "i think we'd look like a pretty good couple" he said kissing my neck, "i guess we'd never know" i sighed adding some more details to the dress.
"ouch. friend zoned."
