My "First" Summer

Back to school

Chapter Two

We hung up five minutes later then I went down to get an apple and water. I still feel a little sick but oh well I'll be fine. I wonder if I'll see him in school today. I'm so nervous to see him. Haven't seen him in about four weeks.

He left a week before summer ended with his parents to visit family. I just wished he'd called more..

"Heyy you look nice" April said

"Thanks A, I love that shirt! Where did u get it?" She went on about random things but I didn't even care. I had a lot on my mind

We arrived at school once I parked the car, I gathered my things I couldn't help but wonder what today holds for me.

We started walking through the halls together. Talking about random things. And it felt like everyone's eye's was on us, like they knew something we didn't know. It was a little awkward when I get near my locker I hear Kyle's voice. I turned around as fast as I could to see.

"Hey Kyle!" I said and waved like an idiot wished I hadn't done that !

He was with some girl, he looked at me and kept walking. That felt embarrassing what made it worse the girl he was with laughed. I knew by the end of the day there would be a rumor started about me.

"Uh Megan what just happen? Did he just -"April said before she finished her sentence.

Uh oh here we go again, as I made my way to the bathroom. April ran after me.

"What's the matter Meg? Stomach flu?" April said

"Yeah I guess I haven't been feeling so good lately. It's probably that no worries" I said with a smile

"You should probably rinse ya mouth out " April giggled

"Your right" I laughed

"So how does it feel Meg? You're no longer a child or whatever they call us" she said with a confused look on her face

"It has been 2-3weeks maybe longer. Since then soo pretty good, despite the fact what just happened maybe I knew I shouldn't have done it. He doesn't even care I'm alive he just cares about getting what he wants I feel so stupid" I said looking back at my own reflection

"Don't it's okay don't beat yourself up about it, it's already done so why be upset I mean if you could go back and re do it that's different, look on the bright side you still made out with Kyle !" April said

April had a point, not a big one but a point. I couldn't help but feel stupid though. Me and April went to class there was only one class were both wasn't in. But Kyle was in that class. I dreaded it already we said our goodbyes as if we don't have other classes. I laughed to myself. I walk in the class room

"Hey Megan" Said Kyle

I didn't know what to do or say to him after how he played me making me look so dumb. So instead I said nothing and kept walking right pass him and his idiotic friends.

"Yo Kyle, I heard Julie was looking for you" said one of his friends

"Was she mad?" Kyle replied looking concerned but no one answered.

Since I didn't see my teacher I assumed he was late. So I took out my books and stuff. I heard my phone vibrate. I frantically searched for it. It was a text message. I check it guess who it's from...

Kyle<3: Hey Meg, what's up with you today?
Me: "Nothing why? Ohh how's Julie?" I replied
Kyle <3: What does she have to do with us ;-)
Me: "You blew me off for her! I waved nd said hi! So what's up with you?"

I decided to put my phone away ugh thank god lunch is next I can't be around him much longer... I need to have my space away.. What if he's using me again.
