"Hello JYP PD-nim" I answer a little wary.

"Hello Jin-Ho, are you busy right now? I'm hoping that you might be able to meet me in my office?" He asks, with clear intent.

"Of course. I'll head there right away!" I answer. I then hang up the phone, apologise to the girls and head straight for JYP's office. Upon arrival, I knock on the door and am told to enter. I open the door and walk in to see JYP, the planner and producer that were at our evaluation, and the rest of my teammates.

"Here he is now," JYP says to the Head producer. I notice that my group mates are looking a little nervous as I approach them. I am busy wondering what this is about when finally JYP answers my questions. "First of all, I have called you here to talk about your possible debut," JYP says. This peaking the group's interest. "Following recent events among the other trainees, particularly the female trainees." JYP starts, now looking in my direction. "It has come to my attention that we have had a trainee become quite popular not only within the company but outside as well." He states, now starting at me.

"Popular outside the company??!" I ask.

The head planner, a black-haired woman in her 30s shows me her tablet screen, which was showing a youtube video. The video was of Ji-Hyo and Momo dancing to my song Move. "How did this get released?" I ask.

"A member of staff recorded them performing it in a practice session and ended up posting it online" JYP answers. "They have been fired now, but the video has gotten too much attention."

I look at the views and other stats on the video.

"What! 1,557,897 views in two days!?!?!?!" I exclaim loudly.

"Not only that. But there is curiosity towards the creator of the song and dance." JYP says. "The employee then explained that another trainee at the company had made it and choreographed it, and it had become popular within the company." He then tells me. I read some of the comments, thinking about how crazy this is.

Junglebear185- [Who wrote this song?!?! It's brilliant!]

Chocolatte82- [Can I get a copy of this song?]

Carthage12- [Where's the full version, I want it]

EXOFAN181- [How is JYP hiding such a talented trainee? How haven't they debuted yet?]

Trainingmontage5f6-- [reply- They probably hiding some huge group inside that is about to debut. He is probably one of the members so can't release solo yet!]

JYPIS#1- [JYP! Show us this mystery trainee now!]

I read through more comments. Most ask for JYP to reveal me. Some ask for a video of the original, and some shade JYP for not even releasing teasers of a possible group debut.

"Take a look at the top 10 searches this week on all search engines," says the head planner showing us another tablet.

{JYP Monster Trainee reveal!}

{JYP Hiding New Group}

{JYP Trainee New Song}

{Will JYP Release New Group?}

{New Groups Set To Debut JYP}

....

They all focus on JYP and a new group or artist.

As we were busy discussing this, another staff member burst into the room.

"My apologies sir, but the employee we fired just released another video!"

"What?!?!?" Everyone in the room exclaims.

"How did he have more footage? We deleted everything off his phone!" JYP asks.

"We don't know sir, but you should see the video," They say while turning around a tablet to show us all the screen.

The title was:

JYP HIDDEN TRAINEE AUDITION, PERFORMS ORIGINAL!!!!

It was my audition tape. Somehow, the fired employee had gotten ahold of my audition tape and had now posted it on youtube and various other social media sites.

"Take it down quickly!" the Head Planner says.

"We tried already. This is the third time it has been posted, and many people have already managed to copy the video." The staff member tells her.

"WOAH!" DongBang exclaims.

"Dude, I didn't know that this was your song. You killed it in your audition by the way" he adds at the end.

"Thanks" I reply, a little defeated.

"That's beside the point!" Hyun-Shik says. "Look at the number of views it has gotten in the 10 minutes after posting!" We all look at the bottom of the video and gasp.

"3 million!?!?!? In 10 minutes!?!?" Kyu-Bong yells. No one in the room moved. We are too shocked at the sheer number of viewers that have already seen this leak. The comments were never-ending as well.

Cherrybomber- [FINALLY, WE GET TO SEE THE CREATOR!]

CarnageMaker45- [WOW, what a performance. He also looks good. Is his hair originally white??!]

JYP was starting to get calls from different people. Mainly CEOs and other company producers. most of them are asking about a planned group debut or soloist, and why they hadn't found out yet. JYP tells them that there is no planned group or soloist. Everything has still been in the works, and the person in the video is still too young to debut. This gets them off the phone fast enough to continue our conversation.

"As you can see this is a pretty big issue that we need to solve" say JYP. He then pulls out a massive folder and places it on his desk. "I do have a plan, although I was hoping to wait another year to put it into motion. He opens the folder and passes some paper around to each of us.

The title on the top sheet reads:

Project New Horizon (Concept)

It was a plan for a new survival/reality show.

Looking through the plans, it talks about a survival/reality show that would show us going through life as a trainee and our evaluations. It would show us completing various challenges and compete for against a couple of other people for spots in a new boy group.

He had everything written down. From a full description of the teasers and trailers to explanations and scripts for each episode. Down to where we would most likely be standing. It was so intricate, and talked about the process we would go through, as it would help the audience get to know us, and share in some of our experiences. There would be segments where we spoke about our lives and some episodes that would show us struggle or prosper. The plan had it set for recording about a year and a half worth of footage, making about 12 episodes or more. It then spoke about how it would be released to the public after that, and if we were selected to debut, then we would film one more video before the debut.

"This will be our saving grace" JYP states. "We can even use your songs in the show Jin-Ho" he adds on. "It could be a teaser towards a possible solo debut after debuting with a group, or in case you don't debut as a group."

We then get to the last sheet which talks about the group and its concept. Most of it was blank. "It was left blank as I wanted the chosen candidates to decide on the group concept and name," JYP says. "I like what you guys have come up with, so will have that as the name and concept. However, I will let you know now, that 18 trainees in total will be part of the program, so none of you might make it into the group" JYP says sharply. The realisation of what that meant hit us all at the same time. It would not be a walk in the park, and we would have to work hard if we wanted to debut.

"Hyun-Shik. If you could do the honours of filling out the last page please?" JYP asks. Hyun-Shik picks up a pen and fills it out.
