I was great and mighty (2)

Start from the beginning

His Young master...

He doesn't even seemed like he was bothered with the cold.

Hans couldn't help his eyes from trailing towards Cale's shoulder where the scar was at.

Was it...

Hans shook his head,

His young master had already ordered him to keep quiet about it. And he doesn't have any reason to disobey since the person who was affected didn't even bat an eye on his condition.

"Hans,"

Hans look up and saw one of his co-worker called out to him, "We should start unpacking the young master's things"

"Ah, Yes"

Hans walk towards the carriage and entered the cart. He began Packing all the things inside--

Srrrtt...

His feet touched a basket filled with cloths.

"Hans,"

A hand was placed on top of his shoulder as a soft breath was whispered next to his ear.

Hans had to bit his lips in order not to just jump and scream in surprise.

"Bring the basket into my room and dont let anyone, even you, see what's inside. Ok?"

Hans swore, he could feel his young master's benign smile like that fox faced superior of his when he drawled out those words.

"Yes, young master"

What ever was inside the basket. It was something dangerous.

. . .

Cale knocked onto the door and immediately opened it, not bothering to wait since he knew no one would even answer it.

Light immediately greets him as soon as he opens the door,

A single large stained glass that reach from the floor till the ceiling, and a wide marble table that spread along the window lites.

Serrounding it, were dozens of bookshelves filled with written or spoken records.

This was the main library of the Henituse Family.

Something that was probably only second to the Royal families collection.

And...

Cale went deeper into the library,

There wasn't any hidden contraption or passage ways, but there were tons of alarms placed serounding the area. More tightly than the other places.

Some of the Thames's books that his mother had brought with her were also stored here.

Cale took one of them and opened a page,

"Blank,"

He muttered, flipping another page.

"Just like she said,"

Cale pulled out a lighter out of his pocket and flicked it on, puting it under the paper.

Dim fire light the small passageway between the shelf's and...

There was it,

"A wordless record,"

There wasn't any hidden contraption or passage way to hide these books. And although the security was rather tight.

No one could know the contents if they don't know how to put the puzzles together.

And if they want a more detailed text...

Cale bit his thumb and smeared his blood onto the paper, letting the pages absorb the liquid.

This time, diagrams and drawings showed up, filling the entire book.

Only those with the red blood will have access to it.

It was the same mechanics with the diary his mother had left for him.

Cale leaned back the the shelf behind him and scanned the book in his hand.

In all honesty, he doesn't really understand much about what was being explained in the book. But he at least got the gist of it.

But this wasn't the one he was looking for.

He was looking for a more specific kind of book,

Something that was related to the Gods.

.

.

.

While Cale was busy scavenging throughout the Library.

A gush of wind swept open the window of the red heads room, letting a figure roughly land inside with a thud.

Setting the alarms off.

Tattered wings and disheveled hair-- what once was holy and white was now grey and muddled.

Blood was starting to form a puddle at the base of his feet.

"Who is here?!?!?"

Two guards slammed opened the door, pointing their spear and sword towards the hunched figure that was kneeling on the ground.

"Sleep,"

The two guards couldn't even do a thing before they blacked out. Fainting towards the ground.

The figure swept his long hair back and stretched his wings out.

"I'm back... Young master,"
