Chapter 12

After fall break I felt kinda hesitant about going to school. I just didn't feel like going. I wanted to go with Anna, but I still just didn't want to go. I groaned as my alarm beeped loud as fuck in my ears. I rolled out of bed and hopped in the shower to wake me up. I slicked my hair back and put on my hat. I decided just to wear a hoodie and pants.

I got my bag, my dad was watching the news on his TV.

"Hey son, you can use my car today if you want." My dad said.

"Great thanks, I'll see you later pops." I said.

He nodded as I went outside. Anna couldn't pick me up because she had student council. I got in my dads car which was super fucking nice. I drove to school and everyone kept looking at the car.

"Woah dude, since when did you get a car?" Deuce asked.

"It's dad's car dipshit I cant afford my own yet." I said.

"Oh okay. Why didn't Anna take you?" He asked.

"She has student council." I said.

"Wanna walk with me today?" He asked.

"Yeah. Anna's probably already in class anyway." I said.

"Yeah." He said as we walked inside.

"Man this school sucks." I said.

"I know Jorel but you can't drop out or our career wouldn't succeed and besides you need a good education." He said.

"You're right." I said.

"So what's up? I'm sorry about your mom." He said.

"Not much to be honest and it's fine." I said.

"Wasn't right of her to be that rude to Anna." He said.

"Not right at all." I said as we walked into class.

Anna was laughing with one of her friends and saw me walk in, she smiled and of course I couldn't help but smile. Even on my worst days that girl made me smile.

I sat down and got out my drawing notebook since school didn't really start yet. I loved drawing, it somehow relieved stress.

"Hey you." Anna said, sitting next to me.

"Good morning." I said.

"You holding up okay?" She asked.

"Yes. I'm just tired." I said.

"You can come over and relax with me after school." She said.

"That sounds perfect to me." I said.

"Good." She said.

I smiled, I tried so hard not to kiss her but she was just looking at me with her bright eyes. I had to resist.

"Meet me after class." I said.

"Sounds good." She said. 

After class I took her in the hallway.

"I think we should probably go outside for this." I said.

"For what?" Anna asked.

"You'll see." I said, taking her where nobody else was.

"Jorel what are you-" She started as I pulled her in, making out with her. I finally pulled away and she smiled.

"I'm sorry I just wanted to." I said, laughing a bit.

"Oh yes please do that more." She said.

I smiled as we went to the rest of our classes. It finally reached lunch and we met up with the guys.

"How are the lovebirds doing today?" Charlie asked.

"We're doing great, thanks Charlie." Anna said.

"Of course." He said.

"If you guys don't get married I'm killing you Jorel." Deuce said.

"Don't worry Deuce." I said.

Anna kissed me on the cheek and I blushed.

"Jorel I've never seen you blush so fucking red." Charlie said.

"Shut up." I said.

I smiled at Anna, she was just so pretty and all I wanted to do was just kiss her for hours.

After school I drove over to her house. Her parents were out again so we could be alone.

"I hope you had a better day today." Anna said.

"I did after first hour." I said.

"Don't be silly." She said.

"I'm being serious, I love you." I said.

"I love you too." She said.

"How was student council?" I asked.

"A lot of people like to make fun of me, but otherwise my teacher was really nice. It was overall pretty average. I'm running for president." She said.

"You'd make a great president." I said.

"Why thank you." She said.

I smiled as I kissed her again.
