After walking for a while our hero's finally made it to mother olm room when suddenly sprig started to ring a gong causing an earthquake

Anne: uh, greeting mother olm I'm Anne Boonchuy this is Sasha waybright

Mother olm: it seems familiar but I can't remember [hands back the card] but there is one chance
Sprig: I thought you just said-
Mother olm: dr. Johan's incredible brain cream, dr. Johan himself used to apply it but he went missing some years back and ever since then I've had memory problems and intense migraines [hands the case of the cream over]
Anne: okay so, we rub this gunk on your forehead?
Mother olm: my forehead no no no no no this only works if you put it directly in my brain
