After experiencing symptoms of depression and loneliness, it became clear that Agent Black II would need a partner, someone to complete him. Using a blood sample from a rather powerful Samurott, we have created yet another biological weapon. We edited the DNA structure to ensure the shells it produced were not only capable of creating water like swords and other weapons, but also ensured that the only person able to use them would be WHITE II. If anyone else were to use the shell, it would crumble to dust.
