Poem #60: The Universe In His Eyes

The bright yellow sun shines brightly

Striking its rays onto his dark brown eyes

Suddenly, vibrant colors appeared strikingly

And transformed these eyes into a universe

Slowly, little shiny balls of light lit up

Forming into these twinkling mesmerizing stars

Lining up into this fascinating constellation closed up

This attractive spectacle becomes visible from afar

Every second, his eyes turns into an amazing sight

Curiosity within drawn me closer to him slowly

I study, to understand, the source of his glowing light

Yet, my heart yearns for his heartbeat endlessly

The spark of his eyes came from happiness

Yet as sorrow grows, the stars in his eyes slowly dies

Desperately wanting to bring back its familiar brightness

Tell me, how do I bring back the universe in his eyes?
