Chapter 28

Yukino and I walked in silence after that and I know that what I told her probably shocked her but I wasn't going to lie to her.
"Ah Lucy-san, what brings you here?" Sting asked as he spotted me.
"I have a few things for you guys before you leave. The first thing I want you to know is that even if you're not number one, you're still strong and you should feel pride in that" I said.
"Yet none of us would have a chance at beating you" Orga said and I nodded.
"Yes, none of you would stand a chance against me but that has nothing to do with my power. It's because of what I have been through and I hope for your sake you never go through what I went through. Either way you are still strong so don't worry about what others will say" I said.
"No matter what anyone says it won't affect us anymore, after all you never let it affect you when they would discourage you" Rufus said.
"This is for you Sting, being guild master is a tough job and it's not something that should be taken lightly or alone. Make sure to let your friends help you and if you need help call me on this lacrima" I said as I handed the lacrima over.
"You took on being guild master by yourself didn't you?" Rogue questioned and I nodded.
"Yeah.....But I shouldn't have" I whispered while sadly smiling but they heard it anyway.
"Either way I just wanted to see you off and make sure you guys are okay. I should go now since I have to get back to Magnolia" I said and they nodded. All of them bid me goodbye and I did the same back to them.
"Something tells me she isn't as unaffected as everyone seems to think" Dobelgal said and everyone nodded but decided to push it away for later, right now they had to get back to their guild hall and sort out everything now that Jiemma and Ultear were gone.

Once I finished with Sabertooth I went to the other guilds and all bid them good byes and well wishes. With that done I headed to the train to head back to Magnolia.
"Finish everything up Luce?" Natsu asked and I smiled.
"Yep, just wanted to see the other guilds and give them my well wishes until we see each other again" I said.
"Let's get going then" Gray said and I nodded. In the carriage that I was in had Natsu who was passed out with his head in my lap, Erza who was cuddled up to me left side, Gray who was sitting on the other side and talking about a book I was interested in at the moment and Happy who was sitting next to Gray eating a fish but he soon fell asleep. Others like Laxus, Wendy, Cobra, Midnight, Jellal, Meredy and Ultear kept on coming in to chat for a while but I didn't mind.
"When we get back to Magnolia we are going to have some strawberry shortcake and also we are going to go shopping for all sorts of different clothes" Erza said.
"Of course and don't worry I won't play favourites, I'll spend time with all of you" I said.
"Take your time" Gray said as he grabbed my legs and put my feet in his lap.
"Oh? Normally when one of you said that there would be a lot of jealousy in the air" I said and Erza and Gray blushed.
"Midnight spoke to us well, more like lectured us. We realised then that we can't fight over you because it's going to break your heart" Erza admitted.
"We know you well enough to know that you would never bring yourself to choose one of us. Also because you know that we love you, you would hold yourself back from loving someone else," Gray said.
"So since we also know that you have a big heart we decided to share, if you agree with that. I mean we aren't trying to decide for you" Gray said.
"So like a harem or something?" I questioned bright red. They were right about me not being able to choose any of them because I would worry about hurting the others. A harem like relationship on the other hand would probably work out but there were a lot of things that we would have to talk about.
"Wait but hang on a moment, that wouldn't be fair would it?" I demanded with a frown.
"What do you mean?" Erza asked.
"I mean I'd have all of you loving me but you would only have me loving you. How is that fair?" I asked. Both of them looked at me both shocked and confused before they burst into laughter.
"Of course that would be the thing that you're worried about," Gray chuckled.
"Don't worry about that Lucy, when we get back to the guild we can all sit down and talk about it all" Erza said and I sighed before nodding.
"Luschee, want to have some fish?" Happy piped up, it seems he is awake now.
"No thanks for offering" I rejected and he shrugged before going back to his fish. With a sigh I laid my head back on the seat and decided to take a nap for now.

Groaning I felt people around me moving making me start to wake up, why were people moving?
"Princess, it's time to wake up. The train has stopped and we are in Magnolia. You know if you don't wake up I might just have to kiss you awake. After all you are a sleeping beauty" A voice whispered in my ear. Opening my eyes I saw Loke was standing in front of me with his hand on my chin.
"The train has stopped?" I asked and he nodded with a pout.
"Just when I thought that I would be able to steal a sweet kiss for a princess," Loke pouted.
"You don't need to steal anything, all you have to do is ask. Also I thought I asked you to call me Lucy many times" I said and he grinned before leaning forward and gently kissing me.
"You can ask me all you want but to me you will always be princess" Loke whispered before kissing me again. Reaching up I grabbed his hair and pulled him back down and connected our lips again. Groaning Loke grabbed the back of my neck pulling me close as he intertwined his tongue with my own.
"You taste so sweet" Loke groaned as he moved from kissing me to kissing my neck making my breath speed up as I bit my lip to keep my moan in. My neck was sensitive so when Loke sucked hard I couldn't help but move to give him more room and I moaned loudly.
"Whoa there" a voice said and we both froze.
"I don't mean to interrupt but well we're kind of waiting for you. Also that was getting rather heavy so I thought I would enter now" Angel coughed as she looked away, not meeting our eyes.
"T-thank you" I said, having to stop to clear my as Loke quickly stood up and started to straighten his hair and suit up. I stood up and did the same, wishing that I had something to cover the mark on my neck, but at the same time I was really happy to see the mark there.
"Well Magnolia is waiting for us" I said and they nodded.

When we walked out it was obvious to most of them what had been happening since all three of us were blushing bright red. Thankfully no one decided to say anything about it.
"Now then, let's go back to our guild with our heads held high" Makarov said and everyone cheered. As we walked into the main street of Magnolia I couldn't help but tear up a little. Everyone had lined the streets like when we did the parade and they were all cheering for us. A month ago when they heard the name Fairy tail they would either scoff and make rude comments or they would sigh and remember the 'good old days' as they would say. Now when they would talk about Fairy tail it would be them boasting about how their town was home to the number one guild in fairy tail. In the Grand Magic Games, I truly never cared about being the number one guild in Fiore, all I cared about was showing them that Fairy tail was still strong and we hadn't faded at all.
"Hey Luce, come here!" Natsu called and I shrugged before walking up to him. I yelped when Laxus and Gajeel grabbed me onto their shoulders and Natsu gave me the trophy from the games.
"Hold it and your head high Lucy, you have finally shown them the truth. Fairy tail is the best guild, not because we are the strongest or because we won the grand magic games. We are the strongest and best guild because we have you as a member" Natsu grinned and they all cheered, making my lips quiver. Quickly wiping the tears away I held the trophy up high making even more cheers ring out through the air.
"She waited for seven years, no matter what was thrown her way she held on tight and refused to give up. Lucy Heartfielia surely is a fairy tail mage through and through. She is exactly what I think a fairy would look like" Mavis smiled as she watched from the top of the fairy tail guild hall that had been given back to us.
"Maybe, she will be the one to help us" Mavis whispered before she decided to head down to the party that was starting downstairs, which all of Fairy tail and Magnolia was invited to.
