"Alex this is way too many" I said, looking through all the wedding invitations "What? There's a lot of people we have to invite" he said "Like who?" Lucian grumbled "Like friends my dear brother, something I know you lack very heavily in but me and Dola... we're social butterflies" he said.
Lucian just rolled his eyes at him "Why are we helping him?" He said "Because he's your brother, and because we're nice people" I said "Are we?" He asked.
"Yes" I said matter of factly Alex and Dola's wedding was something we could all look forward to this year As well as the baby But we hadn't told anyone about that yet.
"Got the shoes" Dola said excitedly, coming into the kitchen with handfuls of bags "Great, and my tie?" Alex asked "Coming Tuesday" she said "Great" he said happily "Ah, you're back" Rowan said, entering the kitchen with Kamala on his hip.
"Speaking of which, we better be off" Lucian said, I nodded, grabbing my things "Yeah, we've left Dmitri with Cassian for way too long" I chuckled "Alright, we still good for dinner?" Rowan asked, setting Kamala down as she sang to herself.
"Yeah, 6 if that's okay" I said "Yeah, that's fine, is Rose still alright to come?" He asked "Does she have to?" Lucian asked blankly "She is the mother of my child son" he said "Not our mother though" Alex grumbled.
"Exactly" Lucian agreed, ready to leave "Of course she can Rowan" I said "Thanks" he smiled Lucian just glared at me

"I don't want her there" he said, eyes ahead as he drove "Well, she's part of your dad's life whether you like it or not" I said "Yeah I certainly do not" he said annoyed "Oh come on, today's a happy day, we get to tell everyone, and besides, we can't talk about how shit she is in front of Kamala can we?" I said, placing his free hand on my stomach.
He smiled slightly "True, but she'll ruin it. She ruins everything" he said "Well then in that case we'll throw her out" I said He huffed "Fine" he said.
