8 - Dollibae, Dollibae

I sipped a straw of juice. Nandito nga pala kaming lahat sa iisang room. Napagplanuhan namin na maghihiwa-hiwalay kami sa third floor, rooftop at dito sa first floor.

Sina Ylaijah at yung tatlo pa niyang magkaibigan sa rooftop then kami yung naatasan nina Yorish, Khae at Russelvic dito sa third floor. The rest, sa first floor at sa other places ng building.

This could only mean that we'd sacrifice our lives to successfully catch Dazirene. Sana, sana wala ng susunod na biktima. Kung meron man, sana ako na lang at wala ng susunod pa.

Habang kumakain kami ng brunch namin, a call occupied Mr. Fernandez's phone. 

- Mrs. Ferrer POV — at the bus -

"Do not panic, okay? Just stay quiet and we'd mark ourselves safely sa University." I told all of the students sa bus na naka-assigned akong magbantay while fixing the mummy paper that I had in my face. Yung part na kung saan halos masunog ako nang buo.

It is still a rumor that Ms. Agapinay's twin sister was the one who burned down the bus noong first day kaya ako nagkagani-ganito ngayon. For fuck's sake, kung totoo 'yon, ibabagsak ko siya sa subject ko. I just lost the pretty face that I've been taking care for my whole life. What a bs.

I sat down for a moment sa front chair ng bus. Oh wow, so soft. It's like the broad muscles that my husband has, my dear Xenon. Can't wait for our second child soon, I badly wanna have a bed with him. Haha.

The bus at our front suddenly stopped. I don't know why, it just stopped. Siguro nawalan ng gasoline? Eh diba usually, pinapa-full tank nila yan before kami sunduin? 

"Ma'am there was an accident. Yung unang bus, the inspector told us that it got hijacked." Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa mga narinig ko. HIJACK?

"What the hell? Let's just pass through the first bus or tumawag kayo ng pulis!" I loudly said as I really want to go back to University kaya expected kong mabilis makapupunta roon.

"Yun nga po ma'am eh. Occupied nung first bus yung road na dinadaanan natin and sobrang nakakagulat po ma'am, wala pong available source of network dito." 

"Anong wala? Teka nga-" I was about to take out my phone but a girl out of nowhere slammed the front window of the bus. Is it the... the twin of Dolli? She's holding a certain head of one of the students.

Were she trying to slow us down? I thought it was only a normal head na nakalutang at may katawan but then she smashed the window, breaking it by using the head and throwing it inside.

Everyone started screaming but they couldn't exit as the girl's still on the front row of the bus.

It couldn't be that... she's killing everybody?

I ran over the door but she's so quick to come at me and quickly unwrapped the bandage I'm  currently wearing. The half of my face is seen.

"What-What do you fucking need?" I screamed, nakatanggap naman agad ako ng mabilis na sagot.

"This." she smiled happily with blood crawling around her face.

Kinuha niya yung isang student na nasa unang upuan, cut her head off and swung out her tongue, cutting it as well. "This. Mrs. Ferrer, this is all I need." She chuckled right after.

Wala na akong magagawa, hindi ko maililigtas ang mga estudyante na nasa loob ng bus kaya dali-dali na lang akong lumabas.

Babalik ako ng Diplomat Hotel. 

I saw the facade of the bus before us, hindi na makita yung loob, parang blinender nang buhay yung mga tao.

I can see what she's doing inside the bus that I came from while I'm still running for my life. Tears started to fall down my cheeks, nananakit ang dibdib ko sa mga nakikita ko ngayon.
