"I have a song I would like to sing to you all." Marinette said.

This got Tikki and the other kwami's curious.

"Okay." Tikki replied. Tikki and the other kwami's gathered around close to Marinette.

Marinette smiled softly and began singing.

Are you, are you comin' to the tree?
Where they strung up a man, they said who murdered three
Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be
If we met at midnight in the hanging tree

Marinette began to sing. The kwami's we're mesmerized by her voice. Her voice and the song she sang sounded so familiar to them. But from where?

Are you, are you comin' to the tree
Where dead man called out for his love to flee?
Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be
If we met at midnight in the hanging tree

Are you, are you comin' to the tree
Where I told you to run, so we'd both be free?
Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be
If we met at midnight in the hanging tree

Are you, are you coming to the tree
Wear a necklace of hope, side by side with me
Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be
If we met at midnight in the hanging tree

A young woman frantically runs to a tree and creates a portal.

"You must go through this portal. It will lead you to the temple of the guardians. You must go quickly, there isn't much time." The young woman said quickly.

"But what about you?" Trixx asked.

"I will stay and hold them off." The young woman replied.

"But-" Tikki began.

"Go now. They mustn't get their hands on you, they will use you for evil if they do." The young woman said sternly.

"Okay." The kwami's said in unison with a sad sigh.

"Do not worry. We will see each other again one day my little ones. Now go." The young woman said softly and ushered them through the portal before closing it.

Two other guardians and the kwami's go back to that location after some time.

They are met with all the enemies dead.

The young guardian lay on the ground dead as well.

"Mariya!!" The kwami's called and flew over to their dead master. They wept and wept over her dead body. They nor the two other guardians noticed the spirit of the young woman.

"Do not worry my dears. I will always be here with you, watching over you and cheering you on. You will see me again when the time is right. That is a promise I intend to keep my dear one's." The spirit called out in a soft voice before her spirit faded.

Marinette's body glowed a faint gold and white. She opened her eyes and they glew white and the spirit of Mariya appeared behind her.

The kwami's gasped in disbelief and hope began to fill their eyes and their hearts.

Marinette finished singing and continued looking at them, her eyes returning to her blue eye color.

"I told you that you would see me again one day, didn't I my little ones?" Marinette said softly, her face held a soft yet serene smile.

"M- Mariya?" Plagg asked, in a trembling voice.

"The one and only, my chaotic little kitten." Marinette, or Mariya answered.

One by one the kwami's flung themself to Mariya and hugged her. Sobbing quickly as the did so.

"It's alright now, my little ones. Let us focus on getting your brother and sister back and away from that mean man." Mariya said softly.

"O-okay." They said in unison. But they kept their hold on Mariya and continued hugging her.

Mariya didn't mind. She hugged them back and whispered softly to them. One by one the kwami's began to fall asleep. She reassured them that she wasn't going anywhere and that she would be there when they woke up.

Unknown to her, her parents of this time around had been outside her door and even peaked their head in and had heard and even seen everything.

They smiled softly and quickly closed the trapped door and walked back downstairs. They were proud of their daughter. They silently agreed to let her know they knew, but a little later. Right now she was having her time with her kwami's.

They did just that later that month. Marinette had been shocked to find out they knew, but was glad that they supported her and were proud of her. She was also relieved that they still saw her as their daughter, reincarnation of her past self or not, she was still and would always be their daughter.
