Even when asleep they looked perfect.
My Y/N, my sweet Y/N. I gently stroked their face with my hand, resting it there. Their eyes fluttered open.
"Good..." they yawned "morning...."
I laughed slightly, "Good morning, Y/N." They cuddled into me "Did you sleep well?" they nodded "Thats good..."
There was a breif moment of silence
"I wish we could stay like this all day, Nadi..." they sighed in contentment. "but... I have a doctor to catch... And you have your Countness duties..." the leaned up and kissed me softly.
"oh Nadia, I wish we could run away from all of this...."
"You and me both, but I can't leave my people...."
"I know, I know...." they got up to leave,
"I love you, Y/N..."
"and I you..."
The rest of the day was gloomy. Neither of us said a word. At the end of the day when we saw eachother again, it was sweet. We embraced and almost fell asleep instantly.
"I love you, Nadi..."
