Two Men of the Legendary Blade

You and a small group of Shepards arrived at the arena grounds.

You had laid eyes on your opponents, but it was no ordinary foe, but Marth ironically serving for the West power.

"Chrom! It's Marth!" Lissa shouted

"Don't get too careless Chrom, Marth will do anything to strike you down first." You warned

"I know. That's why I want you to be right behind me I'm going to have a word with him." Chrom told

"Ok." You obeyed and followed close by.

"Marth! May I ask you something?" Chrom asked formally

Marth made no reply.

"If that's how you will respond I suppose Falchion speaks for me." Chrom sheathed Falchion right away

"Chrom?" You were wondering what he was going to do next

Marth sheathed his own sword in retaliation.

However did Marth have the very same Falchion in hand?

"What?!" You and Chrom were just as shocked when you were greeted by him

"That can't be." Chrom denied it and attacked first

Marth blocked the attack and striked but only mirroring Chrom's sword swings almost exactly like he was reading Chrom's mind.

Marth nearly striked a blow to Chrom, Chrom somehow dodged it.

"Chrom!?" You shouted as you were already fearing Chrom's safety

"Not yet!" Chrom responded while keeping Marth at bay

Marth parried the attack again.

"Who taught you this swordplay?" Chrom asked through the clashes of the Falchions

"My father!" Marth only grew tiresome of countless questions

As the single combat came to a draw, Chrom retreated back to the group and you.

"This is going to be more of a challenge than I thought. Now I really need your aid Y/N for when I go for round 2 with Marth." Chrom told

"I'm by your side Chrom." You replied

It wasn't long until you and Chrom seen Marth again.

"I wasn't finished with you, who was your father?" Chrom asked

"My apologies sir. I cannot tell you." Marth coldly replied

"Hm. You're not much of a talker are you?" You spoke

"It seems you still always judge the book by its cover hm?" Marth bluntly put

"Always? However do you mean?" You were confused

"Enough! Youthful chatter, let's see who will shame themselves." Marth barked

Chrom attacked Marth somehow slipping through his defenses to weaken him.
