Moonstone asks, her eyes on the invention her friends made today...
Otar - "A door portal. It allows you to enter any area, close or far... or it should at least. We'll see the result in a few minutes"
Glass Pearl - In a few minutes? Is it not active now?
Glass Pearl, Moonstone's fellow homeworld gem came along to see aything interesting
Otar - Not without as suitable power source. Peridot is looking for it at the moment
Glass P - Wow you sure make a lot of effort for this door. How long do you have it?
Otar scratches the back of his head "Hmm I'm not sure, few decades I guess
Jamie - Really? You don't look that old to me
Jamie too came along to make sure nothing goes hayware
Otar - Eh that's a side effect I guess. I mean I've been exposed to different dimensional frequencies and energies so many times that I'm not even sure if I am a teen now. Different ways of travleing, different ways of exposure it seems.
Jamie - So you've been wandering around who knows where for who knows how long?
Moonstone - Doesn't that feel...lonely?
Otar - It does sometimes but hey luckily I'm not alone wherever I'm going. I make friends here and there. I have you here for example. I prefer this line of thinking I guess.
Glass Pearl - Now that's quite honest.
Otar - Yeah, I also met other travelers like me...not all of them I liked, Riot is jsut one of many. There were also others like Rick, Star, Sora...and many others.
Glass Pearl - Can I ask you...this Riot guy, some are talking that he wants to kill everyone here. Is that true? Are we in danger?
These words she uttered, with her worried expression and the three couldn't ignore her question
Moonstone - That's debatable since he didn't do that during his previous attacks.
Glass Pearl - Why are't you looking for him then?
Otar - Easy becaue it's tricky to find him, he's quite unpredictable and with his trasnport ability, I doubt he's staying in one place.
Jamie - He does bring along some troublemakers, first the hulk then emerald... No idea what he's gonna do next
Otar - The worst case scenario would be him ammassing an army. But he's more a destructive force rather than a leading figure.
Glass Pearl - Now this turned out to be an interesting conversation haha.
Moonstone - Wait now that I think about it, is it okay to talk about such things with other gems?
Jamie *humming* - Oh...Well too late for that now.
Otar - Eh let her know. No point in secreting, everyone is already aware of what happened. He ddin't madea move fora while though so for now we're safe.
"Is that so?"
Turning around his back, otar's instinctively launched his fist only to sees Pink pearl Volleyball smiling at him
She's lucky he didn't react too fast or his fist would've made contact
"Ouh it's you. Sorry PP"
Volley simply giggled "No no I'm the one who's sorry. I shouldn't have sneaked on you... But really you should've seen your face"
Otar - Yeah and you're lucky I didn't see yours with my hand print on it
Volly giggled again before saying "Apology Accepted"
Otar rubbed his eyes
Jamie places a hand on his shoulder "Just let it go"
Otar frowned at him before sighing
Jamie - Where's Steven by the way?
Otar - On a date with OCnnie I guess. I don't have all the details so ask her.
He points at Sapphire who is meditating
Valley - Some watcher you are, shouldnt you know what is happening at the moment?
Otar - Do you see me watching at he screen or something? I'm not all knowning.
Volley - But what about that magic book of yours? I mean you youself said it's-
Otar - I also said it's conscious too. Sometims it doesn't let me know things, maybe some thigs that it doesn't want me to intervene with.
Jamie's getting a headache again from all this fantasy stuff, he rubs his temples as he approaches Sapphire
"Uhm sorry to interrupt-
Sapphire - It's okay, meditation isn't just a lesson for me.
Jamie - Oh right it's like a your hobby too.
Sapphire - Something like that.
Jamie then tried to ask
Jamie - Sooooo...Steven has a date?
Sapphire - Yes Jamie isn't that great? And that's not the best part yet!
Jamie looks at her smiling but curious. Smiling becasue those two did deserve some lone time after all that. Curious at the est part but he couldn't help but feel like he may not like what she had to say.
When snapped out of his thoguhts, he noticed she wasn't there anymore... "Huh?"
R -"SAPH! SAPH!"
S -"RUBY!"
It seems Ruby has arrived too and had something to tell as well
Ruby and Sapphire in unison "SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPENED-"
They both chuckled at their cohension
Ruby - Heh heh sorry
Sapphire - Heh no no you first!
Jamie - Hey can I join in? What are you talkng about?
They ran up to Jamie as they hugged him in excitement
R - "OH J! You have no idea! So our boy Steven came up to me asking me for advice with Connie-...
...SO! I SAID THEY SHOULD GET MARRIED!"
Her last line caught everyone's attention, some were confused while some frowned
S - "RUBY! I DID THE SAME THING!
Jamie - wait YOU DID WHAT!?
The two of them let him go as they took each other's hands
S -I know!
R - SURPRISE!
Ruby then lifts her up and circles around as they form Garnet who is seen sweating a bit as she looks at Jamie with is arms crossed
G - Oh no
Jamie - Oh yes c'mon we have to tell Steven it's bad idea before it blows to his face. You'll explain yourself on the way
The two did just that as they went on leaving Otar and the three gems but told them they'll be back
Otar - 'Now that's an awkaward scene I haven't seen in a while...ouh wait nevermind. Still hard not to laugh'
Glass Pearl - Can I ask what is ' being married'?
