A month or so passed and Y/n had gotten closer with the other boys. A lot of the boys outside the D-tent were afraid of messing with her. Her official nickname was "Girly" much to her dismay. She got used to the life at Camp Green Lake and she didn't hate it. It was better than going home, if she even had one. Y/n had gotten much closer with Zigzag and he had gotten more comfortable around her. The other boys would often make fun of how close the two were, though they didn't care.
A new camper named Hector Zeroni arrived. He never really talked much but he was comfortable talking with Y/n who was the only one who didn't treat him like he was stupid. He told her about how he wasn't ever able to school so she began to teach him math and tried helping him learn to read.
One day when they were all digging their holes Barf Bag had had enough of Camp Green Lake. He got out of his hole and about a couple feet away was a rattlesnake. Barg Bag put his foot right in front of the rattlesnake and it bit him.
A week later a new guy arrived named Stanley.
