Meredith's POV

I was in the living room on the floor cleaning up some of the toys that the kids had left after they went to go colour at the kitchen table, I picked up all the small toys and placed them in the large toy box. I heard someone's footsteps they weren't a woman they were a man, I figured it was Derek and continued cleaning up the rest of the toys.

After I was finished I closed the toy box and stood back up

"Derek, where are the twins?" I asked him as I pushed the toy box back to where it belonged

"The twins are asleep I just checked on them so we can have some fun" I heard him say

"You're not Derek!" I said turning around and seeing Andrew sitting on the couch getting a good view of my ass as I had my back facing him this entire time.

"No, Derek left with Chris. But I'm always up for some alone time with you" he smirked and stood up

"Go home your even part of this family," I said walking away from him

"Yes I am"

"Says who?"

"Nancy"

"Nancy doesn't know anything, why are you even with her anyways?"

"Because, I heard her last name was shepherd and I remembered your husband's last name was shepherd so I asked her if she had I brother named Derek shepherd and she said yes. I wanted to see if you two were still together after so many years, and I got lucky and found you" I smiled walking over to the counter where I was

"You have no business being here"

"And you do?"

"Yes, This is my husband's mother's house and he is the father of my children"

"You don't even have his last name"

"I was going to, but we were too busy with three babies, marriage and our work lives I couldn't find the time to change"

"So you will be changing your or last name?" He frowned

"Yes"

"Why change it to shepherd when you can change it to DeLuca?" He smiled

"Because I'm not your sister"

"You're not Derek's sister"

"I know, that's why I married him"

"You can marry me"

"I don't want two husbands"

"Then don't"

"I already don't"

"You already don't what?" Derek asked as he walked through the door as he took off his coat and hung it in the coat rack

"Hi baby" I smiled and walked over to him and pulled him into a deep passionate kiss, he seemed surprised at first but he soon melted into my lips. He put his hands on my waist and pulled closer his hands trailing down as he squeezed my ass in both his hands, he stuck his tongue down my throat as I moaned into his mouth. I pulled away slowly then kissed him hard, he moaned into my mouth as I pulled away

"What was that for?" I chuckled as he still held onto my waist, his lips and cheeks red and his lips swollen

"I missed you" I smiled and kissed his cheek as Chris laughed and smacked him on the back.

I turned around and saw Andrew who looked furious but didn't say anything as he walked down the hallway as I went into the kitchen I watched the kids colour.
