THE OBLIGED

I woke up to a towel on my forehead. Siddiq was staring at me concerned with a mask covering his nose and mouth

"You've been out for a day now. How are you feeling?" Siddiq asked me

"Like shit" I said

"You seem to have contracted the bug that was going around. Don't worry, the worst of it is over. You slept through it" Siddiq said

"Well that's good, when will I be good as new?" I asked

"Probably tomorrow, the day after" Siddiq said. I nodded

"Where's Lyra?" I asked

"She's been staying with Michonne. Neither of them got sick, don't worry" Siddiq said. I nodded. I heard my stomach growl

"Yeah, you're probably hungry, here" Siddiq said holding half of his sandwich out to me. I grabbed it before he sat me up. I devoured it

"Oh my God this is so good" I said. I heard him chuckle

"I'm glad you liked it" He said

Third Person's POV

Daryl was eating when Jerry came to Rick on a horse. They began talking. After a couple of minutes Jerry left and Rick pulled out his walkie

"Alexandria Relay One, this is Rick Grimes. Come in, please" Rick said

"Go for AR One" a female voice said over the walkie. Rick began to walk closer to Daryl but not towards him

"AR One, I need you to get an urgent message to Alexandria- If Maggie Rhee shows up, delay her at the gate and alert Michonne right away. Do not- repeat- do not let her in without an escort. Over" Rick said

"Copy that, Rick. We'll relay your message right now. Over" The female voice said as Rick approached his horse

"And, Maggie, if you're listening.. let's talk" Rick said. Daryl walked over to Rick

"Hey. What's goin' on?" Daryl asked

"Maggie's headed to Alexandria. She's about to do something she might regret" Rick said

"Hop on. I'll take you" Daryl said referring to my motorcycle

"You sure? We got enough fuel?" Rick asked

"Yeah. We'll get there quicker" Daryl said. We both got on his motorcycle and they we drove off. Unfortunately, Daryl wasn't taking Rick to Alexandria
