WARNING SIGNS

I woke up to a burning sensation in my chest. It hurt to breathe. I took quick and shallow breaths as I laid there

"Lyra.." I breathed out hoping she was awake. I heard tiny footsteps run down the hallway

"Lyra.." I breathed out again as I felt awful. Lyra ran in and looked at me confused. I reached my hand out and put it on Lyra's cheek as I tried not to cough

"Go find Uncle Siddiq, and bring him back here" I said. Lyra ran out of the room and I just laid there as I began coughing. My whole body was in pain. I felt all gross and sweaty despite being cold. It was awful

Third Person's POV

Lyra ran out of the house as she looked for Siddiq. She ran as fast as her little legs could take her. She saw Michonne and ran up to her. Lyra tugged on Michonne's pants. Michonne looked down and smiled Lyra

"Hi, sweetie? Where's Y/n?" Michonne asked noticing she was missing a guardian

"Mommy said.. find Siddiq.." Lyra told Michonne. Michonne now understood that something was wrong, because Y/n wouldn't just let Lyra run off outside by herself. Michonne quickly picked up Lyra and began looking for Siddiq. Michonne went to the infirmary, where she saw Siddiq

"Hey, Michonne, Lyra? What brings you guys here?" Siddiq asked

"There's something with Y/n" Michonne said. Concern covered Siddiq's features

"Where is she?" Siddiq asked

"Bed" Lyra said. Siddiq grabbed his bag and then they went to Y/n's house. They all went up the stairs and into Y/n's room to see her unconscious. Siddiq rushed over as Michonne stayed back with Lyra. Siddiq put his hand on Y/n's forehead

"She's on fire, and she's covered in sweat. Damn it" Siddiq said

"What is it?" Michonne asked

"She must've somehow contracted the bug" Siddiq said

"Will she be okay?" Michonne asked worriedly

"Hopefully, but I need you and Lyra to leave now. You could get sick, it's highly contagious. We don't want an outbreak here" Siddiq said as he put on a mask. Unfortunately, Alexandria wasn't the only place where there were problems

Justin had been brought back after being kicked out. He had caused Aaron to lose his arm. Not only that he laid his hands on Daryl's little sister which was a death wish. The only issue was, Justin was brought back dead. A riot had started. Everyone was shouting as Daryl watched from a distance. People began to fight each other. Daryl was glad that Taylor and Y/n weren't here for this
