Rena was lifting 6 pounds dumbbells while doing sets of squats.
While I tried some bench presses. I got a bar that weighed 120 pounds I tried my best to lift it and I slowly was lifting it until I lifted it.

I tried lifting it up and down and I was successful with like 4 sets then the bar slipped from my hand and it was now cutting off my oxygen supply when it fell on my chest and rolled down to my neck.
I started yelling for help or so I thought I was yelling. I struggled to lift it off of me while my vision was going blurry. Before I could block out the weight was lifted from my body.
" Thank you " I said to my potential savior while taking deep breaths with my eyes closed.
