16. Work-Mas

It felt like she had the pieces of a puzzle but she just did not know what piecing them together or how to piece them would even make. 

"Hey You okay?" asked Josie as she took a seat next to Hope

"Yeah I am fine" said Hope

"I know you are tensed about this whole thing but believe me when I saw this, it will get better" said Josie

"Yeah, we have been quite busy with this and we have had worse situations" said Hope still tensed due to her thinking that she might be the reason everyone is going through this.

Both Hope and Josie kept thinking about what could have happened and what was going on because they felt like whatever they did was a shot in the dark.

And they were not lucky enough to hit the point yet.

Meanwhile, Jed and Finch decided to take a walk in the field to clear their mind and help them brainstorm their ideas into finally figuring out what the hell Malivore wants now. 

"Any bright ideas yet?" asked Jed

"Trust me if I have any ideas moreover bright ideas I will be shouting and screaming them" said Finch

"Yeah well trust me my brain is not working either" said Jed as him and Finch looked eye to eye for a second making them both blush and smile an look away.

"Yeah well-" said Finch as she abruptly stopped, she put a hand in front of Jed making him tell not to walk anymore and Finch's face showed clear shock. 

"What's wrong" asked Jed

"I just thought of something" said Finch

"Malivore sent a weapon" said Finch

"What?" asked Jed confused.

"Think about it, he knew that Hope was gonna kill him soon or later so he must have a backup, he must have made a backup weapon of some sort to help torture us or something" said Finch

"Yeah that makes a lot of sense" said Jed as both him and Finch smiled.

"Well then what are we waiting for let's go and tell Marcel and Rebekah" said Finch

"A race?" asked Jed with a playful smirk

"You bet it is, better not lose Alpha" said Finch as she ran off and Jed followed her towards the study hall.

Meanwhile, MG and Ethan were in the magical loophole class trying to figure something out that they might have missed before.

MG was sitting on the teacher's desk and Ethan was leaning against one of the tables of the students near the bookshelf.

"This is just annoying" said MG as he turned towards Ethan

"I agree but it is not like we can do something about it" said Ethan as he tiled his head towards MG

"Yeah but I was just thinking, what if, we brainstorm a little too, make sense of our own logic" said MG

"Kay I am interested in this thing of yours" said Ethan as he made his way to the desk and leaned on it looking towards MG

"So let's think about it, Malivore wanted to save himself, so what all can he do to save himself?" said MG

"He can.... Take people inside him" said Ethan

"He can ask one of his mud kids to help him or something" said MG

"But wait- if he can take people?" said Ethan

"Can't he take them out as well?" said MG and Ethan together in union.

"That makes so much sense, that means that Malivore led someone out" said Mg
