I still haven't met you
Yet I dearly miss you
I still haven't locked eyes with you
But I know I'm attracted to you
Dear Future Husband
I don't know you
But I know you'll understand
How timid I get when I see you
I always miss
Your kiss against my lips
Your arms tight around me
Holding and securing me
I miss what we'll have
Eat, drink, dance, and laugh
I miss the way you make my heart skip
And the way you play with my lip
I miss you cooking for me instead of taking me out
And the way you show me off when anyone is around
I miss you taking me out on dates
Sneaking glances when we're supposed to focus on our plates.
I think of you every night, every day
And I want to have you in any way
Dear future husband, I'm in love with you already
So why don't you hurry up and claim me?
