(Anna's P.O.V)

Up on a crossing bridge, I, with my cart of baggage, equipment and owl, walk beside Dumbledore.

He looks at his watch. "Oh, is that the time? Sorry, Anna, I'm going to have to leave you. I have to meet Hagrid, our gamekeeper. Now, your train leaves in 10 minutes. Here's your ticket." he handed me a ticket. "Stick to it, Annabelle, it's very important. Stick to your ticket."

I looked at my ticket. Something confuses me.

"Platform 9¾? But, Professor, there must be a mistake. This says Platform 9¾. There's no such thing, is there?" I wondered.

But when I looked up, the old man was gone.

Suddenly, I noticed a woman, daughter, and four boys walk by, pushing carts.

"-it's the same year after year. Always packed with Muggles, of course." the woman says.

"Muggles?" I whispered to myself. I followed them.

"Come on. Platform 9¾ this way! All right, Percy, you first." the woman said.

A tall boy with red hair, Percy, comes forward and runs towards a brick wall. Amazingly, he disappeared right into it.

The woman called for her other son. "Fred! You next."

"He's not Fred, I am!" his twin shouted.

"Honestly, woman, you call yourself our mother." the other one said.

The woman smiled. "Oh, I'm sorry, George."

One twin moves forward.

"I'm only joking, I am Fred."

He runs through the wall and is followed by his twin brother. I watched in amusement and amazement.

"Excuse me!" I called, stepping up. "Could you tell me how to get onto the platform?" I asked politely.

"Yes, not to worry, dear. It's Ron's first time to Hogwarts as well." The woman pointed to her remaining son, beaming. I turned to Ron and smiled at him. He smiled back.

"Now, all you've got to do is walk straight at the wall between platforms 9 and 10. Best do it at a bit of a run if you're nervous." The woman explained.

I got ready to go.

"Good luck." said the daughter.

I smiled at her before running into the wall.

I thought I was going to collide, but I didn't. I disappeared into it and I opened my eyes to see a gorgeous train. "Wow," I murmured.

I entered an empty compartment and opened up a book about Charms. I was almost done with 'Alohomora' when the compartment door opened. I looked up and saw two kids. One was familiar.

"Hermione!" I cried.

"Anna!" she smiled and hugged me.

"It's good to see you," I said once we let go.

"Yes, you as well. Did you finish the books? What's your favourite charm? Mines is probably Oculus Reparo, they could come in handy." she said with excitement.

"Yeah,  they were all very interesting. But my favourite would be Lumos, I just love how they make your wand light up...Who's this?" I motioned to the plump boy when I noticed him backing away slightly.

"Oh! Anna, this is Neville Longbottom. Neville, this is Annabelle Potter. " Hermione introduced.

"Pleased to meet you, Neville." I smiled at the boy and held out my hand.
