This is a story i've been working on for awhile and hope you like this short beginning :D

CHAPTER ONE     Carma's beginning...

Our lives were peaceful, everything about them was complete. My wife was lying beside me and that’s the only way I could sleep at night, knowing that she was next to me. If everything in my life felt perfect why did I have a sick feeling that all that would change? I was standing on the balcony watching the stars. I’d always been curious what was out there, what did Nalops look from space? Was it as beautiful as it was from the eye down below?                                                                                                                                                       “Who is even listening to me?” I asked myself out loud.                                                                                                                                                                                “Me...” I heard the sweet sound of my wife’s voice behind me.

She was elegant, magnificent as the light of the full moon shining over us. Her hand touched my pale colourless face.  She had the touch of an angel.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           “What was my beloved husband Carma thinking about?” She asked me with a soft mellowed voice almost a whisper.                                            “The universe... Everything surrounding this paradise,” I murmured placing my cold hand on her face.

She looked away from me and moved her gaze from me to the sky.                                                                                                                                        “Paradise...” She laughed sourly.                                                                                                                                                                                                              “With you, I believe anything could happen.” I mumbled as I let my lips move to hers.

Neither of us moved an inch. I loved her and hoped for the same in return...

BANG!!!!

Luna screamed an ear piercing scream before clinging onto my shoulders.                                                                                                                            “Luna are you okay?” I asked once she fell to the ground.

I glanced up at the sky and saw fire. It was hypnotically scary. The ground rumbled again tumbling me to the balcony floor. Luna was crying frightened of the situation. Crackling lightning sounds started to emerge from the earth’s crust. I placed my hand on Luna’s face again, breathing in her honey scent in. I retrieved to my feet staggering with Luna in my arms to the door.                                     “Carma... I’m scared” Luna cried into my bare shoulder.

I slowly made my way down the stone steps to the bottom floor of our apartment. The earth continued to shudder making it incredibly to move without falling over. Today I thought was meaningful but now it seems like my predictions where coming true. That thought scared me. How come a mere image that I saw in my head could come true? It seemed too unreal.

BANG!!!!

I fell face first into the pavement. I could feel my face bleeding but that wasn’t my concern, Luna wasn’t breathing. I crawled over to her body no movement. I laid my hand over her heart and felt no beat. My eyes started to water, I placed my mouth on hers and breathed out trying to revive her but there was no use. I didn’t even get to hear only word that I always wanted to her but never heard from her mouth the words ‘I love you’. I couldn’t breathe all the ashes from the sky filled my lungs, but if I died I couldn’t do something... This must have been an attack from a neighbouring planet, I would get my revenge. I ripped the necklace of Luna’s neck and cut my arm with a blade that lay on the cement. I covered the pendent with my blood before attaching it to my own neck. I didn’t want to look back at Luna the master pieced girl who laid cold, dead on the floor. I ran into the distance leaving my old life behind...
