Rani (lowering her gaze): Jii, Veer...☺️

She looked up at Veer and their eyes met making her recall whatever happened yesterday and Rani immediately looked away.

"Naam likhna hai?", Asked the mehndi artist to Veer.

Veer: jii(nodding)...Rani.

Mehndi artist: Thik hai.

Vikram (to the artist) : Suniye, vo aap Jo naam likhengi naa bro ke haath pe to usse zara chupake likhiyega...

M.Artist: Jii.

Veer: Vikram, kya zaroorat hai iss sab ki?

Vikram: Arey bro please Karne dijiye na, ek to aapki mehndi design choti si hai, chupana bhi asan Hoga aur dhoondna bhi...chinta mat kijiye.

Veer reluctantly agreed.

"Suno mehndi waali, humare Veer Ka naam aise chupana ki vo dhoonte hii reh jaaye", said one of the guests ladies who were sitting around Rani.

"Waise Rani, ye mehndi ka rang hi batayega ki tumhara pati tumse Kitna Pyaar Karta hai", said another lady.

Nandini : Aap dekhna aunty, bhabisa ke mehndi ka colour sabse garha Hoga kyunki Bhai Bhabisa se boht pyaar krte hai...😊

"Woh to humne kal Dekha hii, hum sabke samne hii to bataya Veer ne", saying this the ladies started giggling again.

Rani smiled with her lowered gaze and recalled Veer's confession and also what he'd whispered in her ears.

Rani (in mind) : Dactor Saab ne sabke samne humse apne dil ki baato ka ijhar kiya, aur hum budbak unse kachu kehe hi Naahi paate...par hum to kal koshish kiye thhe...bich Mai Birju Naahi aata to keh dete.🙁

Mehndi artist: aapki mehndi complete hogayi hai, aab isse sukha lijiye.

Rani: Jii Kitna vakhat lagega ee sukhne mai?

Mehndi artist: Adhe ghante ke andar sukh jayega.

Rani: thik hai.

By that time others had already finished drying their henna and it was time for the real celebration to begin.

Vikram: Hello everybody! Kyunki ab sabko mehndi lag chuki hai to hum asli party shuru kare!?

"Haan!!!", everyone said in unison.

Vikram: Thik hai. To chaliye shuru karte hai!!!

Suddenly the lights went off silencing the whole hall but within a few seconds a music was heard.
The spotlight fell on the stairs and Vikram was seen climbing down the stairs while lip syncing the line
"Ho ho ho"

Yes, it was the song 'Chogada'.

He performed a few steps and as soon as the line
"Ab aao mere paas / Reh jaao mere saath" came, he forwarded his hand welcoming Kiara on the stage.
This duo had set the stage on fire with their performance and the entire hall was vibing too.

Rani also wanted to vibe on the song but her mehndi forbade her from doing so.

As soon as the song ended, Kiara came down the stage and Nandini came up.
'Cutiepie' started to play and another mesmerising dance performance by this brother sister duo was witnessed by all.

At the end of this performance, Vikram got down the stage and his position was taken by Jaisingh. Jaisingh and Nandini danced on the song 'Tamma Tamna'.

Although both Rani and Veer weren't fond of Jaisingh at all they did enjoy his performance.

By that time Rani noticed that her henna was almost dry. Atleast now she could enjoy too with the others.
Suddenly her eyes fell on Veer who was sitting all alone. Everyone else was busy dancing.

Rani (in mind): dactor saab to ooha akele baithe hai aur abhi baki sab vyast bhi hai.
Ee accha mauka hai hum jaake dactor saab se apni dil ki baat keh dete hai!☺️

Saying this she got up from her seat.
Veer hadn't yet noticed Rani coming towards him.

Rani: (stopping in midway) par hum dactor saab se kahenge kaa? (sitting back) dactor saab ne kitne alag andaj mai humse ijhar kiya aur hum kaa aesi ki jaake kuch bhi batiya de? Naahi Rani, kachu soch.

(With a bright smile on her face) Ee aediya humre dimaag mai pehle kaahe Naahi aaya? Kaa tarqeeb nikale hai, ijhaar bhi hojayega aur dactar saab ko confusiya bhi denge, bohut maja aane wala hai!🤭

Now, Nandini and Jaisingh's performance was over and all the four were up on the stage.
Rani again got up from her place and came and sat near Veer who still hadn't noticed her.

Rani: Dactor Saab!

Veer(stunned): Rani, Aapne to mujhe daara hi diya.

Rani: 🤭🤭... suniye naa dactar saab, humme aapse kachu kehna hain.

Veer: bataiye na Rani, kalse aap Kuch kehne ki koshish Kar rahi hai par bata nhi paa rhi hai.

Rani: Ee baar aesa naahi hoga. Dekhiye sab kaise nachne Mai vyasth hai.

Veer: hmm...ab bataiye jaldi!

Rani: hum kehna chahte hai ki--

The sound of music became louder now and Rani wasn't able to hear her own voice.

Veer: Rani ynaha boht shor hai. Hum side Mai jaake baat karte hai.

Rani: Jii.

Veer was about to hold her hand but she immediately moved back.

Rani: abhi aap humara haath nahi pakad sakte, mehndi Lagi hai na!

Veer: sukhi nahi ab tak?

Rani: pairon par sukh gaya hai par haathon Ka thoda baki hai.

Veer: alright, chaliye.

They came near a pillar. Veer leaned against the pillar with Rani standing before him.

Veer: gaane ki awaaz to ynaha bhi arahi hai. Vnaha pe zyada thha par---

Rani: koi baat nhi. Humme dikat naahi hogi.

Veer: Thik hai.

Rani moved a step closer towards Veer making him raise his brows. She encircled his neck with her arms, such that her mehndi doesn't get spoiled and, tiptoed to reach his ears.Veer with a slight smile on his face rested both his hands on her waist so that she doesn't loose her balance.

Veer: ab aap bataiyengi bhi ya aese hi rehne kaa irada hai?

Rani: dactar Saab,

She paused and took a deep breath.

Rani: Ami tomake bhalobashi!

Rani immediately separated herself from Veer and ran away hiding her flushed face.

Veer: Ye Rani ne mujhse kya Kaha?

Veer murmured to himself while blankly staring at her retreating figure.
