"Yvette, where do you want for vacation?" Mom asked.

It's already summer, and the time flew so fast. I'm already on my third year college next school year, I texted Heeseung if he wants to join us on summer vacation but he doesn't reply yet.

I haven't decided yet on where I want to spend my vacation, but as long as I'm with my parents or Heeseung I don't care wherever it is.

In the car, Mom and Daddy was talking about something. Sinuot ko ang airpods ko saka nagplay ng playlist at inilagay iyon sa shuffle. Nakatulog ako sa byahe, and when the time that I woke up ay nasa destination na kami.

It was a private island, at tanging isang malaking bahay lamang ang narito at halos paligiran na ng kagubatan. I don't know where did Mom and Daddy get this place, but it's so cool!

Heeseung called and said na hahabol siya sa amin, he'll just wait to send Attorney Justin on the airport bago dumiretso dito. Another case was being tasked to him, I wonder if he's one of the best lawyers in town.

Umakyat ako sa second floor ng bahay at naghanap ng kwarto, pinili ko ang pinakadulo kung saan malapit sa veranda. I don't know but I'm obssessed with verandas. Na parang ito ang comfort zone ko.

Inayos ko na ang mga gamit at damit ko sa kwarto, mga damit na tumatagal ng isang buwan ay dala ko na. I even brought my guitar incase that I want to play it.

Agad kong nilitrato ang magandang tanawin, the sea looks so calm, and even the sun makes up the mood of the island.

Pumasok si Daddy sa kwarto saka ako kinamusta, I told him I like this place and I want to spend my vacation here. Ngumiti siya sa akin saka ginulo ang buhok ko,

"Pupunta ba dito si Ethan?" he asked.

I nodded, "Yes daddy, hahabol daw po siya after ihatid si Attorney sa airport."

Tumango si Daddy saka binuksan ang aircon ng kwarto. Napaka sarap naman tumira dito, like it was so peaceful. I think I'll enjoy my vacation  here.

Daddy and Mom talks a lot, and I have no single idea on what they are talking about. Is it about business? Okay, I'm out of it.

Since I was young, I hate numbers. Ewan ko ba kung bakit. My grades in math aren't that bad, but they aren't that good tho. I'm so slow when it comes in computation, and here are my parents who are very well known in business.

My father owns a share in Enhyfun, simula nang lumipat ako doon ay nag invest na ito. I rolled my eyes as I heard that news, and every single day it's all about money, it's all about business. But I can't hide the fact that I'm still spoiled with love.

Dumating si Heeseung sa island nang sumisilim na, I greeted him as he hugs me at nagmano sa parents ko. Daddy and Heeseung went fishing for our dinner, while me and Mom started preparing the tables on the terrace.

As I observed, something's bothering Mom. She keep on looking at me, saka magbu-buntong hininga.

"Mom? Are you okay? You seems problematic."

She smiled and continue what she was doing before she answered me, "Is it fine to transfer you in some university next school year?"

I almost dropped my jaw, what? Ililipat niya ako kung kailan malapit na akong grumaduate sa Enhyfun? I blinked my eyes twice, she sighed at pumasok sa loob ng bahay.

I can feel that there is something off about my parents. Sinundan ko sa loob ng bahay si Mom, kinulit ko siya kung bakit niya ako gustong lumipat ng school.
