After the exam ends, those who remain are taken to a room so they can teach us about hunter's licenses and whatever. The atmosphere is very tense, it's obvious that the way Killua failed left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Just then Gon walks in, going straight to Illumi

Gon: apologize

Illumi: what?

Gon: apologize to Killua

Illumi: why?

Gon: you don't even know what you did wrong? Then you're not qualified to be his brother

Illumi: Do you need qualifications to be a brother?

Gon: Do you need qualifications to be a friend?

Gon tries to...I guess slam Illumi into the floor or something by grabbing his arm, but Illumi lands on his feet looking unfazed

Illumi: what are you gonna do?

Gon: I'm gonna bring him back

Illumi: you make it sound as if he's been kidnapped

Gon: you guys are manipulating him so it's like kidnapping

Netero: actually Gon, we have just started discussing the subject

Azuki: yeah, Leorio and Kurapika already made a complaint

Everyone starts arguing about the situation and telling each other that they shouldn't have passed. Ugh, I swear I try to STOP people from bitching, not be the cause of it

Azuki: guys, this is stupid. Why is everyone so angry about this? Sure, Illumi used dirty tactics to win, but it's not like everyone who enters the hunter exam is some great honorable warrior of justice. Killua failed, that's it, nothing can be done about it now.

Netero: She's right, what happened happened. All of you passed and Killua failed. And at this I can tell you that this year's Hunter exam is done.

Azuki: Finally, I'll catch up with you guys later. I've got...things to think about

Kurapika: alright, meet us at the cafe when you're done

Azuki: got it

I put my hunter's license in my pocket exiting the room and secretly turned into a bird before flying up on a rooftop near the cafe. I then turn back into a human and sit near the edge looking off into the distance

Azuki:*sighs and thinks* well...I guess that's done with. So what now...? I mean as attached I've grown to these people it's not like I can stay with them forever. My bad luck will eventually get them hurt, or worse, killed.

I bring my knees to my chest looking down, holding back tears

Azuki:*thinks* just like it did to Yuki...

I then think back to that dark and lonely place that my mind was in. Nobody was there for me...nobody who gave a damn about me...

Azuki: I don't want that ever again....

I then stand up and-

I then stand up and pull down my hood before taking out my dagger.

"Admittedly this is a bit cliche, but..." I say as I cut off a clump for my hair in the back, shortening it down to just above my neck. "Not sure why I let it grow out so much in the exams anyways" I thought as I returned back to the gang

"Hey guys, what I miss?" I asked as I took a seat. Just then though, we spotted Gon running. "Apparently that" as chuckled as Leorio managed to get a hold of the boy.

"Hey where are you going?" He ask

"I'm gonna ask Gitarakurr where Killua went"

"Are you stupid, do you think he'll actually tell you?! And besides, you might make enemies with the strongest family of assassins" Leorio scolded

"He's speaking the truth," Kurapika agreed.

"Actually...I think I might have an idea of where he's headed. You see, when I was a child, my mother would always talk about this family of monsters that lived on this mountain called...I think it was Kukuroo mountain. At first I thought it was just a mountain she made up for a bedtime story, but there might be evidence otherwise, since we now know she was a Zoldyck."

"Are you sure though?" Leorio questioned. "It could be just as you said, just a made up place"

"We'll have to do an internet search, because Killua probably went there. I just have a feeling, y'know?"

Just then Hanzo showed up

"Hey guys"

"Hey"

"We've been through a lot in such a short amount of time, but I really had fun"

"Yep!" Smiles Gon

"If you ever come to my country, let me know. I'll give you a tour. I'll be heading back home. Bye." And with that, he gave us a paper and ran.

Next up was arrow man who I can't remember the name of

"Hey Kurapika I wanted to apologize" said the archer

"Oh please, it's fine really, everyone was worked up" he replied

"Hey what's that?" Gon questioned

"Oh this? Something where you can search up all kinds of stuff, want me to look up something?"

"Can you look up someone called Ging Freeces?"

"Sure" he types someone into his computer. "Oh it seems like he's on the national level. All things to do with him are locked"

"Oh okay. Thanks for searching"

"Oh yeah before you go" I jumped into the conversation. "Can you look up a place called Kukuroo mountain? We're trying to find Killua and we think that's where he's headed. But one of us isn't sure if it's even real"

"Gotcha" he typed once again. "Yep it's definitely a place, good luck on your search" and with that, he left

"Is it bad that I forgot his name?"

"It was Pokkle I believe"

And finally, Satotz-san showed up

"Seems like you forgot something" he said as he handed Gon his license

"Also, do you have a brief moment?" He asked and looked back at us. We nodded as we walked to the lobby to let them chat.

I sighed to myself as I sat down. "Once again I get roped into an adventure"
