sasha sat on her couch watching new girl waiting for seth to arrive at her house. they were going to have a down day to kick off their first official week off of work together. she heard a faint knock on the door and immediately ran to answer it.

she opened the door and there he was, standing in front of her with a bouquet of roses. she felt her stomach roar with butterflies, no one had ever done anything this sweet nor sincere for her. ever. she smiled brightly, pulling him into a tight hug.

"sash, you're squeezing the poor roses."

"oh! right." she giggled, pulling away from him hesitantly. she grabbed his hand and pulled him into her home. she took the flowers and placed them into the empty vase by the door. "they're beautiful, seth. thank you." she said, walking back over to him. she had realized that the number one thing she missed about seth was proximity. she missed being able to feel his hands around her. she missed the calming scent of his cologne. she missed having his lips graze her forehead.

"hello?" he laughed after realizing she had zoned out yet again. sasha's cheeks grew red while she fully stepped into his embrace. he scooped her up and plopped down on her couch with her in his lap. his lips pecked all around her making her squeal. she finally pushed their faces together making their lips meet in a heated kiss. she groaned into this kiss while his hands pulled her in even closer than she knew was possible. she felt a part of herself getting lost in him. she felt so at ease that she wanted to cry. this was everything she wanted.

he bite down lightly on her lips while her hands struggled to take off his belt. he chuckled, pulling away from her slightly. "not so fast!"

"hmmpfh."

"i came here to," he said looking down into her pool of brown eyes. he smiled at her little pout. "talk."

"you came here to talk?"

"mhm."

"dressed like this?" she rolled her eyes referring to the tight white t-shirt he wore that showed off his figure along with black jeans.

"hey! you said you wanted to start from the beginning." he said, kissing the tip of her nose. "the beginning means no sex, just yet."

"oh god." she pouted yet again making him laugh. his arms pulled her slouching body closer to him yet again and kissed her lips slowly. a smile immediately took over her face. "i missed you. so much."

"oh yeah?"

"you seriously have no idea." she hummed moments before their lips met in yet another passionate kiss, this time it was lower and more meaningful, she could tell. she could tell by the way his heart beat sped up and the way his hands were steady on her back. she slowly pulled away and wrapped her arms around his neck, taking him into a tight hug. he was caught a little off guard, but immediately reciprocated. he had never met someone quite like her before. she was independent yet so loving, he was always amazed by her.

she slowly pulled away from the hug, meeting his eyes yet again. "so, do we have any plans for the weekend?"

"we?"

"yes, we you doofus." she chuckled about to begin another sentence when seth's phone rang. he sighed while looking to the caller id. it was hunter. he never called on down time, something had to be up. seth showed her and she nodded, knowing to stay quite.

"hey, hunter." he said. sasha couldn't make out what hunter said on the phone but she did know that seth was disappointed. she watched as he hung up the phone with a frown. "so turns out, hunter didn't fully read over his lease properly and now we might lose our space if we can't counter the owner's offer."

"oh."

"he said i can work from home for the rest of the week, but damn." he groaned. seth was actually looking forward to his time off with sasha, this was the worst possible timing for work to take the lead in his life.

"so, i'll come with."

"you'll stay at mine for an entire week?" seth asked with wide eyes. he hadn't even thought to ask because he thought maybe it'd be too soon. they hadn't spent the night together, ever. she nodded in response and he tapped the sides of her thighs indicating that she should stand up; she did. "so, let's get that bag packed."

she leads him into her bedroom and only then did he realize that he hadn't seen her room before. it was beautiful. it wasn't white like the rest of her house, it was red and black. it almost perfectly showcased her personality. she entered her closet, grabbing a small bag to carry her clothes while he walked over to her dresser, admiring her jewelry. she walked out to see him rub his fingertips against her ruby necklace and she smiled brightly.

"this is the most boyfriend thing i've ever seen in my entire life." she said walking up behind him. he looked down to her with a sweet smile. "what?" she asked once she realized her wasn't going to say anything.

"boyfriend, huh?"

"shut up, you have work to do!" she laughed, taking his hand and pulling him down the hall of her apartment.
