They tumbled onto the floor and let out a loud groan.

Luna!

My inner self jumped up at the sight of her. How did she know I was here? Where was Isaac?

I heard Lilith scream from downstairs and Luna scrambled towards the hatch. She slapped her hand down and whispered something. The hatch began to glow.

Luna took a deep breath and stood up, her eyes widening when she saw me.

Kill her!

Lilith's command slammed into my head. No! I felt my body move to attack, my hands glowing with electricity. I fought against myself, trying to hold my body back. I could feel my mental energy waning.

Luna narrowed her eyes in focus. I couldn't hold back any longer, and I started to fling balls of electricity at her. She dodged gracefully, slowly advancing towards me. I watched the fight, my eyes wide. Luna avoided all my attacks. When she got close enough, she grabbed both my hands, holding them above my head. I squirmed in her grip as Lilith continued to pound on the hatch door. It was close to breaking.

"Habitus," she whispered, and my body froze. She stopped me! I relaxed in my mind. She took out a small orb and threw it against the ground. A swirling portal opened, "Let's get you somewhere safe, alright?" she tilted her head and smiled at me, just as the hatch exploded.

A rage-filled Lilith came barreling into the tower. Angry red whips of energy radiated from her hands. Her hair was singed and smoking. She looked crazy. Her dress was in tatters, her eyes shifting wildly. "I will teach you why you should never get in my way, wretch!" she hurled her whips at Luna, who jumped out of the way.

At least Lilith couldn't use me while I was frozen. The room filled with static energy as magic was flung back in forth between them. The bed behind me exploded as a stray ball hit it.

"You know this is wrong, Lilith! This can't be what the Goddess wants!" Luna pleaded. Lilith screamed angrily as Luna rolled towards me, dodging her whips once again.

"I won't let you get away," Lilith growled. She straightened and held her hand towards us. Her magic ball turned to a swirling whirlpool, a manic smile forming on her face. "Degulo!"

Luna's eyes widened with fear. She turned to me as tears pooled in her eyes. "I'm sorry," she whispered and pushed me. I fell into the portal. Luna's body started to fade away as she was sucked into Lilith. Before the portal closed, there was a massive explosion.

No!

I fell for several minutes before crashing into a soft bed. The fog cleared, and I felt the chains around me break, along with Luna's magic. I slowly opened my eyes, my head throbbing looking around the room. It was the same one I had woken up in when this whole thing started. My eyes fell on the only other person in the room, and it was the last person I thought I'd ever find in Arvora.

"D-Dad?" I fumbled out of the bed and tackled him with a hug. He grunted when he caught me, tightly holding me. He gently stroked my hair as I cried into his shoulders. I felt him tremble as he let out a shaky breath.

"You have no idea how worried I've been." He said, his bottom lip trembling.

My arms tightened around him, "How are you even here?" I hiccuped, my emotions running wild. I didn't know if I should be happy, sad, or angry.

"There is nowhere you could go that I wouldn't be able to follow," he whispered and pulled me away from him. "I came through a portal, just like you did. After the earthquake, I searched everywhere. I was scared since I thought you died. That is until Sylvia- Luna came and got me."
