CHAPTER 47

Jungkook's Pov

Looking everywhere hoping that I could just see their figure will make me feel a little bit at ease but to my disappointment I didn't.

"Excuse me? Can I help you with something sir?" A nurse came towards me and asked.

"Where's the patient here?" I asked impatiently.

"He was discharged a while ago. Someone claimed to be his family member and took him along. It was weird to be honest, there were police and a lot of people that came here. Oh and there were also 3 people who went along with them. The ones who were looking after the patient." She said and that confirmed everything. Taecyeon took them.

Flashback.

I was at the police station, investigating the footage and to my surprise, the video showed a portion of an unknown car right at the corner. I watched it further and it seems like it doesn't belong to any of Taecyeon's men.

'I hope this is it. ' I quickly searched for the address of the car and made my way there. But I was stopped when I got a phone call.

"Hello?"

"Jungkook, whatever you do. Do not come to the hospital. He'll kill you." Jimin whispered on the phone.

"Wait- hold on. Are you okay? What's happening?" I got even curious when he kept quiet and didn't reply to my question. After a few seconds I heard a thud coming from the phone and heard Jimin gasped.

"Jimin what the hell is going on damn it!?"

"Taecyeon, he's here for you. Please don't come here. Not now." He said and cut the call.

"Hello? Hello?!!" Shit.

End of flashback

I was about to leave the hospital when I got another phone call.

"Hello." I picked it up quickly when I saw who the person is.

"Okay I'll be right there." Immediately I left and sat in my car and drove away.

Author's pov.

Minsoo, Jimin and Hobi sat behind bars for half an hour now. None spoke until Jungkook arrived.

"Guys." He called out. All the three stood up as soon as they saw him.

"Jungkook!" Jimin exclaimed. But Jungkook was not alone.

"Hyung, are you all okay?" Jungkook asked worriedly.

"Yeah, we're fine. Who's this?" Hobi said, pointing at the man who stood next to Jungkook.

"This my friend. Son Hyun-woo. He's the head chief of the police headquarters here in Busan." The man took off his cap that he was wearing and bowed towards the three of them. He was wearing a police attire with a long coat. He had a stern face and he has a powerful aura around him.

"My pleasure to meet the friends of Jungkook. My name is Son Hyung-woo." He said which was too formal than formal.

He didn't even let them introduce themselves and he signal the guards to open the door. The three came out but we're utterly confused except Jimin.

"I'm very sorry to have kept you in this very uncomfortable place. I apologize as the instructor of this place." He bowed again and then straighten his back again.

"What's happening right now?" Minsoo whispered to Hobi who had no idea as well.

"I sent the surveillance team to investigate and they had found that the footage that was put against you all was a fake. Nor does it show that you kidnapped Kim Taehyung. So there's nothing against the three of you. And he's letting you out." Jungkook then explained.
