Synopsis:
A young boy was stowaway to the Queen's Gambit where he was found by Oliver Queen. A storm hits and sunk the Gambit, separated the two of them.
5 years later, Oliver Queen returns to Starling City to begin his crusade against the criminals & the corrupt who poisoned the city as "The Hood". However, he also found out that a stowaway boy was revealed to be alive and survived the Gambit. Then, another vigilante already appears and had similar mission: a mysterious black armored ninja called "Snake Eyes".
The question in Oliver's mind: is he a friend or foe?
My Thoughts:
This is one of the surprising idea I've ever made. Oliver Queen aka The Hood/Green Arrow teaming up a silent but deadly black ninja from G.I. Joe, Snake Eyes.
